Ordered a matcha latte and the server said she may have put too much matcha? The drink was extremely bitter and for less honey it seemed like no honey. The line was huge to get the drink and there was no way to wait for a remake as offered. Disappointing and not sure it’s worth the return for a simple latte. Would not recommend.

The wait was 35 min for the drink, the barista stated she put too much matcha. Remaking the drink and having us wait longer was not practical at that time. We would have appreciated if the charge was waived or a credit offered to return given the barista had made an error.

Happy to adjust my review, if your extending a no charge like for like drink to return.

Please be aware customer service means a lot always and a lot more when we have to wait 35 min in line for a drink.

Appreciate your baristas honesty and offer to remake drink however there was no time to wait to remake the drink after having waited 35 min already, we felt a refund or credit should have been extended for the inconvenience and error on the barista’s part.

Ordered the Main Street Sandwich and Hash Browns. I was shocked by how disgusting it was. Bagel was stale, untoasted, plain, and flavorless. The sandwich was soaking wet and so the bread was like a sponge. The lox tasted off. Hash browns were ice cold. A huge disappointment.

Everything here I have had is fantastic. Hard to even check out other coffee shops in the area because they’re so good and have so many interesting choices! Also Brianna and Sophie are the best! Such lovely hostesses

Staff ignores you when you walk in they pretend they don't see you even when there's no customers in line. Very disappointed at the kind of employees they have being we leave in El Segundo most of the other places have excellent service.

The food was good but service wasn't the best. First the Pickle Rick didn't come with the pickled tomatoes that their online menu says it comes with. So instead they give me sliced tomatoes after I pointed this out with staff. Because of the current climate we are in, we have to dine outside and not inside. Fine. But the takeout container my food was in makes it a pain in the a$$ to eat from. That's if you want to use utensils to cut the toast into bites. I didn't want to use my hands to eat because I didn't wash them and the toast was messy. Afterwards, I looked for the trash to throw my trash out, but they don't have a trash can so I had to walk away with it. I should have left it behind since I tipped them anyway for service, although it's very much self service at this point. I preferred the cafe a few shops down, Two Guns's smoked salmon avocado toast way better.

Blue Butterfly charged me for food they didn't give me! Two weeks ago, I ordered delivery directly from their website. I ordered breakfast and a coffee, and they didn't have the ingredients to make the breakfast, so my delivery driver called telling me he only had the coffee. I asked to cancel the entire order and he said he couldn't, and I would have to do it through the website. The website does not allow you to cancel your order though, and the restaurant's phone line is not even connected, so i couldn't call to cancel. I was charged for my entire meal even though I only received my coffee. The website has no where to complain about my order and the phone does not work, so I used the "contact us" section of the website two weeks ago, and I still have not received an email back. The website should not have the option to order food that is not in stock, and they need to have a system to cancel the order or refund me if they cant give me my order. This restaurant stole my money and has no way to contact them, so I cannot get it back.

Stopped in for a meeting and quick lunch. Nitro cold brew was delicious and the breakfast burrito was tasty. Loved that there was outdoor seating behind the shop in addition to out front. Cozy and comfortable, definitely would come here again.
