They have lots of benches for outdoor seating at this location. I feel like the Matcha is really diluted and not enough powder...for the price of nearing 6 dollars. The latte is great though and worth the money. Strawberry jelly donut is fine. Fast service.

Great espresso! Service is outstanding and consistent. Definitely our go to coffee place in a town with way too many coffee shops. The beans are fresh and top quality. Highly recommended!!!

Temple Coffee Roasters is my favorite coffee shop in Davis! The baristas are incredibly courteous and patient. I had a difficult time deciding what to eat and drink, and they helped me figure it out. They had gluten-free muffins, coffee cakes, etc, which was a huge bonus for me. I ordered a gluten-free pumpkin cake and a Gibraltar, and both were delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in Davis. The wifi also works well if you’re sitting inside or outside.

OK, now this is a REAL caffe! Great staff, the batista knows his way around coffee, and this is really not your topical American coffee here. American coffee is awful.... This place makes real espresso and surves it along side a glass of club soda, like God intended! Highly recommend!

Love Temple. Great little place to work and concentrate. Staff is incredibly friendly. Lots of good memories here.

Truly good tasting coffee.
Temple is a small chain that roasts their own coffee. The taste is always a step above other chains. They are expensive though. Expect to pay a dollar more here for a latte.
In additon to various coffee drinks, including nitro cold brew and pour over, they offer a selection of pastries. The seating is nouveau. There are no outlets.
This location is downtown Davis. Free two hour parking, but during peak times you might have trouble finding a spot.

I completely screwed up this review and I apologize. The below was for another coffee shop. Temple roasters was one of the best coffee shops I have been to. Absolutely loved the ambiance of the place and two workers were so friendly and helpful. I actually had an Americano using Rwandan beans which was excellent and an Ethiopian pour over which was very good to. I finished with a delicious blueberry scone. This is definitely a must go for any coffee lover. I am sorry for the mistake and promise to be back anytime I am In town.
3.5. Very average coffee shop. Staff was friendly. Coffee was ok and the coffee drink was not great. Coffee reminded me of coffee you would get at a more upscale gas station.

Always love the coffee at Temple. Friendly staff and service. Their coffee and drinkware are also solid quality; I love the black gooseneck kettle for my pour-overs. My one wish is that they sold Carter Mugs with their unique aesthetic/art

Good tasting coffee and bakings. The prices are somewhat expensive end. Great ambiance and lots of natural light. Regardless of day and time, you can find this place is to be busy.

The cappuccino was well made and the staff is friendly in a beautifully designed coffee shop. The pastry menu is minimal, it’s a good place for coffee lovers but not for people looking for full food menu options. I will return!
