nice and spacious with high ceilings and fine decor... good for studying working mingling etc.. the coffee they have they own roasters and good choice of sandwiches. Sunday evenings they have live music, open late.

Great coffee and cafe. The smoked salmon bagel is awesome as is the avocado toast. Plenty of seating inside and out. I’ll be back.

Great vibe at this coffee house, love the layout and decor. Most of the customers are in their early twenties. The various coffee drinks we had were really good.

Espresso 8.5/10, indoor atmosphere 8.5/10, patio 8.5/10, service 8/10. This is a great study spot.

Very nice place, a lot of options for a quick breakfast. Good coffee and comfy seating areas.

Quite place to relax and enjoy of cup of coffee, or tea. A lot of people studying, or hanging out. Quite enough to study, and open enough to hangout and have a conversation without it seeming to interrupt others too much. Outdoor seating in the front with intimate tables for two, and seating in the back with more room for larger parties.

Loved the new industrial hip ambiance. Best thing about the place is the super friendly staff. It was rather crowded because there was a group that over loaded the kitchen. They called in a second chef and surged to get food and drinks out. They sent servers and managers out to the floor to explain delays, which is a mark of good service.

I had an iced mocha and the brunch avocado toast. So fresh and delicous! So very worth the wait. I will be back! Kudos to the staff.

I’ve now tried to come here twice to find no seating, no parking, slow baristas, and even slower Wi-Fi. You’re better off going to Starbucks. Same quality drinks for the same price.

Great location for an extended stay. Lots of seating and open later than most coffee houses in the area
