The perfect coffee place to study or hang out with family and friends. Awesome Coffee and Tea's assortments. The Customer Service by the Staff is very excellent and welcoming.
Overall: A friendly atmosphere. Very cozy and warm. Beautifully decorated with modern decor and very spacious coffee shop whether inside or outside on the patio.
Clean inside and also the restrooms too.
I really enjoyed the flavor of Peet's more than some of its larger competitors and this location has friendly staff, healthy food options, and outdoor seating to allow you to really savor your experience .

I love Peets coffee, and go almost anytime I get the chance. Got a whole milk Latte, and the flavor did not disappoint at all! Nice luxurious microfoam, and wonderful tasting espresso. I'm only giving this 4 stars due to the limited parking. I think there were only 4-5 spots, and those were taken. I perused the bike shop next door for a quick parking trade. Otherwise great ambience.

As always, Peet's coffee shops are a great place to have good coffee. I ordered a regular cup. The service was friendly and parking is ample. I would only improve on adding some greenery around the tables in the outdoor area. Such as small trees or shrubs. Otherwise, great place.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Twice in the past week, the company's automated ordering system abruptly canceled my online order with no explanation as to why.

When I contacted the store, on both occasions, the shift supervisors I spoke with were instantly dismissive and blamed the delivery service instead of taking accountability for the mishaps. They directed me to call the corporate office in Emeryville, which I did; but they were just as frustrating while copping an extreme "corporate" attitude about my experience.

Notwithstanding their overall quality and having been a long-time customer (since 1978), I am now a former customer who will never do business with this sorry outfit again! Too much legitimate competition for my dollar elsewhere.

UPDATE: Having been a long time customer of Peet's dating back to the early 70s, I decided to give them another try after a poor experience a few months back. All was well until today, when I had to call the store after I received the wrong item. The girl I spoke with was rude and dismissive. Her idiot response was that I was just calling to complain and that things like this just happen. Not acceptable. When I called back a little later to speak with Jessica the manager, I got another gal who tried to play gatekeeper to prevent me from speaking with Jessica myself, saying over and over that she is the manager on duty. I've had enough! Peet's used to be a place where the coffee was always great, as was the staff. Much has changed over the years and there is a lot more competition for my coffee dollar. Will not do business with Peet's again unless and until they change their attitude.

Fake sugar put in coffee on a DoorDash order. Drove 15 minutes from work to exchange and not even an apology just “I just got here” then I said not to put anything in the coffee and she didn’t listen and I had to have it made a 3rd time. Bad service, yucky coffee too. Won’t be back.

Very pleasant ambiance and staff. Delicious Cafe Latte-especially with 3 extra shots. 😋

Love Peet's Coffee .. I consider myself a NorCal/Bay Area guy, so I love Peet's ... This particular location is a beautiful space. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Always love their coffee.

Only Peet's Coffee in Costa Mesa. Excellent customer service with ample seating inside and parking in the back. Patrons don't linger too long at this location, so seating frees up with time. Killer coffee with decent number of selections (one dark and medium roast drip ready to go and a decaf). OK pastries; some are far better then others.

Cool tip: If you order a pound of coffee (ground or whole bean), you get a free small drip coffee.

Remodeled with 2 patios and new umbrellas; great outdoor seating! Such a difference. Now my favorite Peets in California. Clean, great staff and as good as it gets for coffee houses. Try the Rockenwagner Bakery cinnamon roll!!

As former Berkeley residents, we love that we still access to this chain (from Berkeley, CA) in Southern California. The coffee, food, and staff are superior than SBUX, so give Peet's a try!

This particular location has a lovely outdoor patio. However, whenever we drop in all the tables (inside & outside) are usually occupied by regulars - so be prepared to wait a few minutes if you need a table.
