Columbia Kate's Teahouse

Service was spot on and friendly, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very nice. 10/10 would eat again.

Get the croissants!!!!!!!! Order your sandwich on a croissant, you won't be sorry! It was so good that I went across the street to their bakery( that's right they have a bakery too!) And bought 4 to take home. The lavender lemonade is killer, just the right amount of lavender. The staff was friendly and fast. We greatly enjoyed dining on the patio among the blooms in the garden. Great place for a great meal!

We weren't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! Cute dining rooms, delicious food and friendly service were all found here. The scones with lemon curd were the best but everything was wonderful.

The best Turkey Sandwich I have ever had. It was big and delicious. Bread was amazing. Thick moist slabs of turkey. The quiche was delicious, the tarragon meatloaf was great. Tons of fresh fruit with the sandwiches.
We were in Columbia on the day PG&E were starting their blackouts to prevent area wildfires. The hostess saw us discussing the food options posted outside the establishment. She kindly came out and suggested we should order something to go because they were scheduled to have a blackout at any moment and she wanted to makes sure we were able to order before they had to close up.
The service here was kind, attentive and well informed with helpful suggestions. The food turned out to be amazing and quite humbly I can't believe how enjoyable our visit was to Kate's Teahouse. A Teahouse! Well done Kate and company.

Always a great experience, the food and the tea is yummy

Took a little trip from the valley floor to Columbia Kate's Teahouse! Almost a 2hr drive & well worth it. . Oh My My. . . I had the absolute most wonderful tea! You know. . the kind that makes you happy! Wonderfully delicious chicken pot pie for lunch. Best outside of my kitchen. . ever! My daughter had a delectable chicken sandwich on a crescent with fruit & a scone yum yum yummy. . the cinnamon rolls are to die for. . oh I could just go on & on. . take a trip! I recommend it!

I am a local,have dined for many years, always enjoyed the food and relaxed atmosphere.bring friends for lunch to spend time catching up,never had a problem until this last visit which also was my second lunch in one week. We were seated outside with a reservation, everything great.spent 1 hour from time seated until time left.as the owner herself said they needed the table and hurried us out. We were finishing with our drinks.i have to say I was so bothered by this as I made reservations and wasn't there that long, about 30 minutes actually eating

My daughter and I visited Columbia Kate's Tea house and had the most lovely time. The food items and tea were absolutely delicious! Their scones, tea sandwiches, soup, salad, and macaroons are the best I have ever eaten. Also, their service was excellent! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be going back.

My wife and I have been to many Tea Houses. Columbia Kate's is one of two on the top of our list. The other is Love Joy's in San Francisco. Great tea, food, service and now they have a very quant outdoor seating area. Really a great experience. My only concern is that Google shows that "Masks required". The staff do not wear masks. This made me feel uncomfortable. But I'm not taking off a star for that. Just think they either need to wear masks (preferred) or change how they have listed themselves on Google so people know ahead of time that they are not wearing masks.

We had a lovely lunch outside. The Lavender Lemonade that was very good and we had the Asian chicken salad. The salad was delicious and would order this again. I have been there before and enjoy the tea sandwiches, the scones and the desserts are awesome. Will come back again
