The Ugly Mug Coffee House Burbank

When theres wi-fi everything here makes sense. Without Wi-Fi the vibe changes completely and you get a really unfriendly, unwelcoming, in a rush get out of here vibe from the place. The smiles and chatter went from friendly and inviting to giving you the we don't want you here fake-nice vibe. Let you use the restroom but you have to ask for the key in front of everybody with a ridiculous bucket attached like you're some kind of fool, insulting. It's not a comfortable place anymore, it might be convenient if you're in the area and just passing through but at that point you may as well save a couple dollars and go to a Starbucks. No smokers or vape users allowed. The first couple times I came here I felt like it was artist friendly but now that I've come here a few times I don't really get those vibes anymore. Are there anymore community coffee shops around that know something about Southern hospitality?

Great latte and cranberry muffin. My first time here and will definitely be back. Nice place to come to and relax. 5 stars for sure.

Driving by I caught The Ugly Mug out of the corner of my eye and stopped to check it out. It’s super cute! Great, warm ambiance! Indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was very nice. My Frappuccino was tasty and I had a swell time. They offer baked goods as well, but I didn’t partake. I’ll definitely be back here regularly! Check them out!

Nice variety of drinks and priced similar to Starbucks. Good service, drinks come out quick. They sell random things like candles, chap stick and I believe they may also sell the ugly face mugs.

Love this little quaint place tucked away in Burbank. Love the coffee, the ambience and awesome customer service. After my first visit with a friend last month, I fell in love with The Ugly Mug. I am now a regular customer!☕😊

This was my first time at the Ugly Mug coffee house. I ordered the pumpkin spice horchata latte. It was so good. The staff was friendly and the community was just as friendly. I will be coming more often for my cup of Joe

So glad this place finally opened. There has been no coffee options for awhile in this section of Burbank. The latte was very good and so was the plain coffee. They have a list of brews for regular, decaf, flavored both hot and iced. Look forward to coming back. The nutty doodle blend was very good.

Great coffee. Needs a better system so you aren't waiting in line 20 mins. I like to support local shops but I can't wait that long for a coffee.

Cute little place with great ambiance. Specially seating outside. I usually order the chai with oatmeal milk, medium sweet.

So I stumbled upon this amazing little coffee shop and I have to say they do a great job of delivering. They have these unicorn hot chocolate drinks...well...I know it's silly, but it was really good and the fact that it is so silly, colorful,and doused in sprinkles just made the experience all the better. The staff have also been incredibly friendly each time I've gone in
