Great homey place for breakfast or lunch in Bakersfield.

What a great experience to have to owner be the one who greets you and makes you feel important! Marina brought us our drinks, gave recommendations and told us who our server would be. I feel that is important to let the customer know. Makes me feel comfortable. Server, Holly, was great. Very outgoing, experienced and comfortable to give us suggestions as well. Overall we had a good time! Thanks for the experience! Would come back again to try some lunch! Happy Mother’s Day!

We love this place. It is a small restaurant, but the food is delicious. I ordered French toast and srambled eggs. The French toast was superb, and I love the fact that my scrambled eggs were not swimming in fat, as they are often served at other restaurants. My husband ordered an omelet with bacon, sausage, and ham and he loved it, too. The hashbrowns were fresh and not greasy. I would highly recommend this place

I'm from Texas. With my Auntie and a couple of cousins we ate here. My Auntie kept saying it is such a cute place. The food was good. Reminded me of a little country Cafe I grew up with in Oklahoma. Food was good, friendly staff. Anytime you can laugh with people it's a good day.

Terrible. I have no idea how this place gets such rave reviews. I guess because Bakerfield folks just love a name. Anyway, my biscuits were as hard as rocks. The gravy and hash browns had zero flavor. I was given nothing...ketchup, hot sauce, salt, pepper....nothing. Not an offer for any either. So, horrible service as well. I feel ripped off. I should have just cooked my own breakfast because mine blows this garbage out of the water.

I recently just moved out here and wanted some breakfast, wanted something different. This place don't compare to Dennys and IHOP their quality of food is a huge difference. My new spot for now on for breakfast 👌🏻

Great breakfast spot! When I walked in, I felt as if I were walking in to my grandmas house. The place was cozy, and homey. Some of the customers addressed the waitresses on a first name bases. Makes one feel right at home. The food was great! I ordered the "chicken fried stake" and the first thing I noticed was the quantity. Needless to say I was full, and my taste buds were extremely happy!
