Kinetic Koffee Co

I wanted to see how it was before writing a review, but for the past 3 times I have been there, their coffee has been bitter even with added sweeteners- probably because the baristas didn't know how to pull shots properly? As a former barista and person who has worked customer service their whole life, I wasn't trying to be super Karen on them, but I paid 3$ extra this time for added sweetener and soymilk because last order was super bitter and gross- and it tasted even worse than the last one I got. Would not reccomend, unfortunately you'd get better coffee at a chain. Super bummed because I've been trying to support local and it apparently isn't worth it.

This is a roasting facility, not a café but we have been purchasing coffee from them since the beginning and they’ve always been top notch. Do yourself a favor and pick up a bag of beans
