Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch Bros is amazing! Whether it’s their coffee, staff or the perks you get here such as points on your app and stickers every month, Dutch Bros never fails! I want to say that more especially that the staff here is wonderful and always friendly. I know when I come to get my coffee I’m going to be treated well. Thanks Dutch Bros, Apple Valley! ❤️

The star is for the great customer service. Nice friendly employees and happy which is hard to find. The shakes are not good at all and especially not healthy. The shakes are super full of sugar, so I guess if u need a sugar rush instead of coffee then this maybe the place. The strawberry shake tastes like Nesquik strawberry flavor like if u were eating the entire powder. It's just disgusting.

I tried Dutch Bros in Arizona & was happy to get one close to home! Got here around 8 am the other day & they were so fast & friendly. Really good variety of drinks & so much tastier than Starbucks. I got my coworker a "Caramelizer" & her drink didn't get watered down all day & still had a rich flavor. Totally coming back again!

I am not a coffee person. And my boyfriend was so excited about seeing Dutch Brothers Coffee he almost ran off the road. So he got coffee every time we drove by and my cousin Sherrod hers with me with some sort of whipped something-or-other on top and I told her the coffee was good and she seemed disappointed. However for me that's it a Great accomplishment, since I don't like coffee.

Love making the trip to come visit. They have been extremely busy as the first Dutch Bros in Southern California, but the lines seem a little more normal now. Either busy or not the staff always has it managed to move well and a great attitude, fun conversations and great recommendations. I saw no issues with the safety/ health mandates. Everyone had masks and safe distance.

Although the lines are long, they're new so it's understandable, the service is quick and the employees are so kind. The muffin tops are sooo good although they don't come warmed up. I really like the coffee here, make sure to look at the menu online as there are way more options than what is shown on the outdoor menu. This place is great at customizing your order so don't be afraid to ask for things different. I love the Iced Coffee, it comes normally not very sweet so I like the flavor and ask for mine extra sweet and it's just right. Which isn't over the top at all. Overall very happy with my experiences here so far! Hopefully sometime soon they have order ahead options. Thanks Dutch Bros!

First SoCal Dutch Bros location and hopefully not the last! Always busy, but always worth it!!! The employees are energetic and have a great vibe, and the drinks are always top quality.

The quality assurance on drinks is admirable too, when I asked for a Freeze (which is more of a coffee base) on a Energy Drink item, they came to the car to make sure I ordered correctly, which is amazing!

Still my favorite coffee chain and definitely recommend their Shark Attack! 100/10

I don’t usually write these but my experience tonight was not good, the line was long and the set up was weird, then they have muffin tops for food which are cold in a package, the salted caramel coffee did not taste like that at all, I just didn’t like this place, the only thing I can say is the employees were very nice. But I’m sorry, I am not going back.

Hello Dutch bros, I recently went to your stand a couple weeks ago and heard you guys were known for our your customer service!! I was really excited to try the drinks because all my friends were recommending it ! Sadly, I was treated poorly in the line I believe the girls name was Billy or Lilly and her customer service was as good what I expected from what you guys give. While I was ordering she told me to put my mask on (even though it was on) and she told me in a very rude way, I just agreed and she continued to say how people like me cause COVID and I did not like that comment at all, the person at the window was absolutely nice though I can see where people think Dutch Bros service is good but my line is experience wasn’t the best, just wanted to inform because I know Dutch Bros is known for it !
