Dutch Bros Coffee

In love with everything I've tried. Only problem was I didn't get what I ordered. I asked for a caramel drink and got mocha. I know mocha is also mixed in the caramelizer but there was all mocha and no caramel. Sad. I've had it before so was disappointed either wrong drink or made wrong. I don't know.

i was having a really bad day yesterday morning (2/27/21) and i went to get some coffee for myself and my family. i was crying and the sweet girl who took my order paid for all 5 of my drinks. bless her soul. if i could get in contact with her and thank her again i would. she made my day so much better. she was working the right side drive thru line and i did not catch a name.

Amazing!!!! Best coffee for a great price! I get an americano with Splenda and cream! So good and so fun! Everyone there is kind and talks to you about your day and anything really! Love love love it! I just can’t wait until there’s more in the high desert!

We pulled up to the Apple Valley location. First time there. Huge line. As we were sitting in line I noticed the walk up window was open. There were drinks on the shelf and it looked inviting. So I got out of line and walked up.
When I got to the window a gal asked if I could be helped. I ordered a coffee. She asked if I had a truck and trailer or was handicapped. I said no. She responded that she couldn’t help me unless I was. And asked me to go get back in line.
I told her that I had gotten out of line to walk up to the window and had lost my space in line. She said that she would ask the manager.
She came back and said that she couldn’t help me due to covid restrictions. And that I had to get back in line.
Absolutely terrible service. No signage that said the window was closed. And unless I was a truck and trailer or handicapped, they couldn’t help me at the walk up window. And then there’s the covid restrictions.
Terrible customer service. Seems like nobody is aware of customer service or what the correct story is.
Will NOT be going back.

It's worth the drive to Apple Valley to stop here for so much more than a cup of coffee. Right now you just drive thru and pick up your drinks. The coffee a strong expresso but not bitter. They have several varieties of teas and hot chocolate too. There is sooo many flavors ( from mocha to coconut to a zillion fruit flavors)to add that the combinations are endless. They have hot, cold, frozen and drinks for everyone.well worth the trip. The drive thru is quick and all the workers are friendly and helpful.****** 5 stars+

If you can invest time to wait in the line....it is worth it....employees are trained well and are super friendly

I wish I had one closer. There's more in the menus then they display, concoct your own, get it exactly the way you like it, or order from the very limited menue.

It was the first time trying dutch bros coffee and the girl on the line explained all the menu , she was super friendly and then the person in the window was super friendly too , and then we tried the coffee and they were very good . I ordered a vanilla been , americano and hot cocoa and sprinkle cookies cafee they were very good .

Ordered the Caramelizer (hot)... Paid $5.55 with that dollar tip. Very dissatisfied. Overly sweet and nothing special to the flavor. I would have done better to stay at the shelter and rip open a Swiss Miss. I was hoping for a similar flavor to Starbucks Caramel Macchiato. Don't see why the line is so ridiculously long.

Very fast service and the baristas are super friendly
