Dutch Bros Coffee

Service is going down. Have gone 2 times in the last month. First time girl couldn't even figure out how to give me change back. Shouldn't be working register. Then second time. Tried to give me a small when I ordered a large and them gave me a large of another drink. Never got what I actually ordered. They were all playing around with the grabber while the music was blasting. Having a good ol time.

This place tastes better than Starbucks personally. That Golden Eagle is the best. Great speedy customer service. I really hope they open up a location closer to San Bernardino

I here this is some really good coffee but this is the line to get your drink.

Great coffee! I've gotten the 9-1-1, that has 6 espresso shots mixed in and it is the best!! I've ordered it on ice and blended, and have been very pleased😁. Can't wait to try other menu offers.
Update: I've tried several other drinks since my first visit, and they've all been outstanding! Also, download the app, you're able to see all menu offerings, download money onto it to make ordering and paying easy and fast.

You have one person taking orders outside two lines backed up not moving at all. Like 6 to 10 people working inside and they still can't make the drinks fast enough. And how is it I have one simple drink and the cars behind me was multiple coffee drinks are getting their orders before mine. And let's not forget not one person came to the window to greet me or say anything. And when I asked "can I get my drink why is everybody getting their drinks that are after me". nobody says anything they just all look at me like they're confused they don't know where they're at they forgot they're at work. It's gotten to the point now, no matter if a couple people are working or a ton of people are working the line doesn't move.

Compared to Starbucks this place is Cheaper and you get more for your buck. whenever I go to Starbucks I usually have to spend about 15 bucks on two drinks for me and my sister but here everyone in my family (4 people excluding me) were able to buy something that suited them. they also had a kids menu which was pretty cool and all of their drinks have cool and fun names. The Workers we encountered was very kind and understanding and in my opinion what everyone who works in customer service should be like. I give this place a solid 10/10 the only negative thing about it is the long line for it

Not my favorite place, the drive through takes soo long. so If you see a long double line bust a u turn and go to jack in the box for an iced mocha. The flavors of of the coffee are really artificial in my opinion . Kinda like off brand bottled iced coffee. There's not many food options but the muffin tops which are ok again very artificial and proceeded flavors. Over all not my go to favorite place. But if you want to experience it by all means take a chance you may like 👍.

Got in early to avoid the lines, sadly they blast horrible music, but it's some good coffee, no cash here card only

I would first like to claim that I am probably the reason this place is getting popular because I promoted them so much but this stores doesn’t serve you coffee it’s milk with a splash of coffee? If that. I went back twice after receiving my second drink I just decided to get a refund. Disappointed to say the least.

I'm sure it's a great place however last two times I've gone I waited a long time and it wasn't that busy. The last time I went my order got messed up. Maybe next time we'll do better.
