Best location in the desert hands down the employees here are upbeat fantastic attitudes they're very inviting warm always have something to talk about or participate in whatever you may bring up to talk about they're just very good at customer service & their double torture at this Apple Valley location is fantastic I had ordered the SE at the Victorville location on Hook Blvd. But I was not impressed the employees seemed a little shy & not as inviting & the double torture was definitely more like torture it was very strong espresso taste.

We drove 2 hours from San Diego and it was worth it! The line went by fast and the workers were nice and got our order right. If you don't know what to order you can ask them for suggestions and they can help.

Absolutely love this place! I always get the caramelizer Nitro cold brew and its delicious! Very strong! But sweet too!

The coffee overall is pretty good and rivals any of the major Java huts around the nation. That said, the prices aren't great and service is hit and miss due to the fact that they tend to hire High School kids or just graduated kids whom find it more interesting to gab and gossip then they do to keep the line moving and deliver fast service. The other issue with this place is they have a dual line drive-thru that funnels into one lane and normally just a single order taking individual bouncing between both lanes. The problem is they don't pay attention to who pulls up when and will often skip over you to someone who just pulled up in the other lane even if you'd been waiting a considerable amount of time due to their constant gabbing.

So many delicious choices, they have something for everyone, and everything is good. Staff are always friendly, the orders come out quickly once you get past the line in.

I'm originally from the Pacific Northwest. When you think of Dutch Bros, the experience starts right when you pull up with the lively music playing and the uplifting personalities of staff that ask how you're doing, plans and just being personable to each customer. My visit yesterday wasn't any of that. Sure the drink was good but it's the lively environment that brings most customers back.

I walked up to the window and it took almost 30 mins for my drinks and when I got my drink they were watered down because they were sitting there.

I feel embarrassed that i really get coffee 4 days outta the week from here. I get a iced golden eagle extra sweet with soft top and extra caramel and a double rainbro extra sweet with green tea 👌🏼 the absolute best

Just about everything is loaded with stimulates, especially sugar.
Staff is great though.

They need to get there stuff together!! I know a lot of people that are going back to Starbucks just because of the wait! I don’t even come in the morning because they are so slow!!
