The atmosphere is incredible, don’t ever lose it! The food was so delicious and a visual treat. LOVE the customer service, seriously no negative things for me.

Had an almost great brunch here. I got the Ms biscuit, the biscuit was huge and the texture was spot on. The pickled apple added a really nice acidity to things. My partner ordered the Benjamins which was also pretty tasty. The disappointment was when I ordered a virgin Mary. The server brought it to me, but told me that they are no longer allowing their drinks to come without alcohol. When asked why, the server didn’t have a reason (probably because there’s just isn’t a good one).
This makes no sense to me. There are people that don’t/can’t drink alcohol. There are people that don’t want booze at 10 AM. There are people they are pregnant. I can understand not altering specialty cocktails, but this feels like a total disregard for your customers.

I have to say, the design aesthetic is lovely. All the food looks beautiful and tastes good to great.
However, my party of six had to be split up int a group of four and two because it was too cold to be outside and they “couldn’t move the tables.”
The menu is a little too cute for my taste, it can be difficult to understand what certain food are (what does the categorization of introvert vs. extrovert for foods mean?) and because the service requires you to go to the counter my friend and I decided to just make assumptions about certain foods instead of holding up the line for others. This was an ongoing issue, one of my friends wanted butter for their toast but preferred to eat it dry rather than go to the counter. I also ordered a drink with my meal and but finished it before my food arrived once it did I wanted another drink and had to stand in line behind customers who had lots of questions about the menu with the thought in my head that every second I was up there my food was getting cold. I got an order of Benjamin’s (eggs Benedict) it was flavorful and good, my friend got a muffuletta, it was delicious. However portions are on the smaller side. Overall a hip place to hang out but the systems they have in place leaves some to be desired.

Very trendy. Fun place to try. Definitely on the pricier side but nice vibe and great coffee

I love this place! The environment is wonderful, the aesthetics are beautiful, the food is quite good and unique!
My only feedback would be to make sure the coffees and food are warm 🙏🏻 I have been here on multiple occasions for brunch, my food and coffees have been cold. And a couple of times for take out coffee. This last time, my husband watched the barista finish his coffee, immediately handed it to him, and it was cold.

I'd heard great things, and was really looking forward to this, but had an unfortunately below average experience. Staff were unattentive, rap music was blaring (very out of character for the atmosphere), and my latte came in a paper cup, as I was told they only have 12 oz glasses.
Overall, the flavor was good, and on par with other Onyx Coffee shops.

Beautiful space, and really liked their goat cheese/fig/honey turnover (very light fig flavor, you get more of the goat cheese coming through)! However, this was our first time to HFWM and we weren't aware that the only space to have a coffee/pastry is outside or to completely take it to go. Also if you want to eat you must have a reservation, unless you are cool with a very long wait (but primarily more of a reservation type place)! Just things to be aware of before coming.

They stop serving at 2:00 on Sundays. We arrived at 1:42 pm. Just my husband and I. The very rude, entitled young staff turned us away because, God forbid, they have to stay open a little beyond their set closing time. There was adequate staff and lots of empty tables. Shame on the owners for allowing their staff to turn paying customers away nearly 20 minutes prior to close. I own a restaurant and we intentionally keep the kitchen open 15 min PAST our posted close time. I'll not ever rate your food because we will never come back. And we'll be sure to tell all our friends how disappointed we were with your apathetic, spoiled staff.

Nothing quite like this very unique restaurant in NWA! Each flavor from the food complimented each other.
