The flavors of the food were good, well prepared and with good service. The atmosphere is nice. There were issues though. Portions are small. My wife had potato hash with corn beef, came in a small bowl with almost no meat. It wasn't adequate for my wife who eats VERY little. She wanted to order an egg to go on top but we were told that the chef doesn't like to deviate from menu. The toad in da hole was tasty but very minimal on meat as well. There were only four of us in restaurant 30 minutes after opening and they were sold out. We would have gladly paid extra for a side item or for a larger portion. There is a large sign advertising tea...but they don't sell it, another business? We will not eat breakfast there again but will try their sandwiches for lunch. I definitely would not bring a large group or family because we are EASY to please and other members may not.

The Parsonage is absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and the food is to die for! The waffles are absolutely amazing, as well as the potato hash! The cinnamon rolls are fantastic and big enough to share between multiple people! All of the sandwiches are yummy, the soups are great, and the salads are amazing as well! You won’t find a better place for weekend brunch or weekday lunch!

Gotta agree with lots of other reviewers: come for brunch! Love love love that they have outdoor dining. Can’t handle the blasting cold AC when eating indoors at lots of restaurants in summer. Wish they’d add a veggie option to the brunch menu besides building your own omelette or a waffle because they have such fun, creative meat dishes. The omelette was definitely excellent, I’d just love to see what they’d come up with 🙂

Just ordered pick up, fast and friendly. Wyngatte sandwich was AMAZING! That candied bacon was everything!!! Potato salad not so good but the sandwich made up for it and I'm full and happy. Would definitely order again but with a different side.

*Update* just ordered the wyngatte again and this time there is only one piece of bacon on it....disappointing. changed to 2 stars

The price we paid for the food did not match the quality and portion we received. Also tried to order a side of eggs with our waffle and they told us that wasn't an option. The service was meh. It's took them a while to bring us menus and take our order. When the food arrived, they had brought us someone else's order. When we finally got the correct order it was barely warm. I would not recommend this place.

I was really excited to try your restaurant. I had heard only good things. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and potato salad. The potato salad was really good and the server kept my drink refilled. The sandwich was terrible. It was so dry I could hardly swallow. The meat was the main problem I think. It was dry and mealy. The sandwich could have used more kraut and dressing. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant. I’ll try again with a different choice on the menu.
