This is a fantastic breakfast spot. The cinnamon roles are amazing and the coffee is top notch.

Wish I would have been able to enjoy a cinnamon roll but we forgot our mask and we’re not allowed in. I wouldn’t have minded so much but the owner “Will” seemed a little rude about it. The crew I was with we’re all vaccinated since We do work in the medical field And know the risk. Also we have all experienced covid before and have plenty of antibodies. It is what it is but seems like most of your bad reviews on here are from your mask policy. The way you respond to those reviews to says a lot about your character as well.

I walked to Will’s this morning & I forgot my mask but they had one for me! I really appreciate a business still enforcing masks; it keeps us all safer! The food is really good & service is great. I had a turkey roll on a tomato basil wrap. I could tell the meat was fresh & contained less chemicals for processing than most deli meats. It’s a great place!

Just got back from a great weekend trip to Hot Springs. I found the highly rated Will’s Cinnamon shop online our first night in town and I told the group I wanted to try it out before we left. We finally made it to Wills Sunday morning and all headed inside, greeted by the great cinnamon smell; it smelled delicious. The store wasn’t real busy in my opinion, maybe 10 people including my group of 4. We waited in line for about ten minutes and then a girl behind the counter yelled out that if we were going to stay we had to wear a mask. Why, why did she have to yell that out…? Based on the latest science, and the fact that a lot of restrictions have been lifted, some states have no restrictions, my group no longer wears a mask. We spent the day before shopping in downtown, and not once did we need a mask, or were we even asked to put one on. I know it is your business, and your option to set the rules, but it’s also my option on where I choose to spend my money. Unfortunately, we all walked out and loaded up in the car. I was really hoping to try a cinnamon roll, and based on the smell I experienced, I’m sure it would’ve been great.

Great place, good coffee. Yummy mini muffins and mini cinnamon rolls. I've never had anything baked with lavender before. It was a very good muffin. Unfortunately they had ran out of cinnamon rolls when we were waiting. Really big bummer. We understand though. To other fellow customers, If you are going to buy dozens of cinnamon rolls, call ahead. Don't ruin it for the rest of us that are poppin in for one or 2.

Came here for lunch and had the scottie and a cinnamon roll. The sandwich was absolutely amazing, the BBQ flavor was perfect and the sourdough was crisp and buttery. The cinnamon roll was light and fluffy, we had the maple coffee icing and bacon and they paired perfectly together. Will was very warm and friendly, couldn't recommend this place more.

Visiting from out of town and stopped at this little hole in the wall for breakfast. Didn't read any reviews, went in with no expectations.

I was blow away. I had The Club, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! The coffee is amazing and the fresh from scratch cinimon rolls were to die for.

Also! They have such great COVID-19 safety measures where you wait in your car comfortably. I would high recommend this place to anyone looking for some great food and great service!

My grandma doesn't use the internet so I feel like I am safe to post this publicly...... Will's cinnamon rolls beat my grandma's cinnamon rolls. Hands down. I never thought I would say that, but here I am. They are absolutely incredible and there are different icing flavors to choose from. If you are ever near Hot Springs, this place is definitely worth a visit.. or five!

Coffee shop atmosphere with delicious, customizable cinnamon rolls. We really enjoyed it!
