Will's Cinnamon Shop

I was so excited to stop by this shop I had passed by so many times and I wasn't disappointed. Large, fresh, soft cinnamon rolls and a delicious variety of 6 or 7 icings. We tried both the cream cheese and the sweet coffee icing and they were both flavorful and not the overly-sweet you often get on rolls. One of the owners waited on me and she was very helpful and informative. Everything behind the counter looked amazing. Also, the price was much less and the quality is fresher than the big chain cinnamon rolls places. Can't wait to stop by again.

Dream come true breakfast stop. Good service, friendly people, scrumptious cinnamon rolls (like Mom used to make), and the BEST cup of coffee I've had in a long time. I was wishing I'd ordered a large!
Mind that they are requiring masks inside, as of this writing. If you just can't manage to put on that mask anymore, you will miss out!

This place is a Covid-19 casualty. Before the pandemic, this was a great place to go to get your sweet treats and now the portions are a 1/3rd of the size at the same price. The coffee was fresh and the service was ok, but the reason we went here is to have sweet treat and they were sold out.

Always worth a stop! Breakfast here can not be beat anywhere else in town. They have more than cinnamon rolls, but that's just FYI. The cinnamon rolls are why you come here. Everything is fresh, absolutely delicious, and 100% always worth stopping in.

Gluten free struesel muffin had lots of flavor and they even let us have some maple coffee icing so we didn't really feel like we were missing out by not getting a cinnamon roll. The staff is very nice and it's wonderful to see a proprietor actively working alongside his staff. The frozen OJ tastes just like a cremesicle. And the shirts are super soft. The espresso was extremely acidic but everything else was amazingly delicious. This was the only place we visited multiple times on our trip. You have to include Will's in your interary if you are in Hot Springs or even if you are just passing through. Worth every penny and any wait.

Will's Cinnamon Shop was a great experience for our family of 5. The atmosphere was relaxing and the employees and local patrons were very friendly and welcoming. Pretty decent (and large) cinnamon rolls and excellent coffee. Definitely recommend the cream cheese icing. Was our favorite of the four we tried. Definitely a place to stop if you're visiting Hot Springs.

There is parking on site even though we walked there. Cinnamon rolls are large and very sweet. There are several different icings and toppings to choose from. Coffee was good and the cookies were soft.

Cinnamon rolls are huge and delicious! Plenty of choices of icing and they will load you up if you want! Coffee is great. Sandwiches are fantastic. Staff is usually above average.

Has large fresh cinnamon rolls, ice cream & coffee. What's not to like? We went here as a result of seeing a Yelp article listing the best bakery in each state. We are "out of staters " & as Will's was near us we had to check it out. We went late in the afternoon & got rolls to eat the following morning. Icing was provided in a small capped cup. We heated the rolls in a toaster oven & they were good but probably not as spectacular if we had eaten them in the shop. It is worth a visit.

Update: In the 2 years since my first review, Will's has added delicious lunch options, Loblolly ice cream, assorted sweets, and a coffee bar. And they still have the best cinnamon rolls in town! Don't miss this treat!
Original review : Yummy cinnamon roll, especially when you add pecans! Very limited menu and still working to get the ordering / paying process in order. But go there and get your cinnamon roll fix!
