The best cinnamon rolls! You can choose a topping. We had a mixture of cream cheese and maple. They are even heated up for you. A definite stop in Hot Springs!

Great big rolls! Got a half dozen to go for my family to share with all the different icings to choose from. We munched on them all weekend (usually only eating half of one roll because they were so big). They told us to heat the roll for 30seconds then put on the icing and they tasted great even after several days. Definitely recommend! If we come back to Hot Springs I hope to try the savory ones!

I had the best grilled cheese sandwich, as well as a snickerdoodle cookie and, of course, one of their amazing cinnamon rolls, with an iced coffee to wash it all down. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I'd also like to quickly mention that the owner, Will, and his staff are wonderful people who truly stand out in their community. 10/10 I couldn't recommend this place any more. If you are in Hot Springs try them out!! You won't be disappointed.

Giant cinnamon rolls were really good. Maybe a little heavy on the cream cheese icing but easy to get around. I will say I was disappointed that me daughter wanted a sandwich instead of a breakfast pastry but we were told we were 15 mins too early for a sandwich. If that would have been stated on the menu I would have been fine but no where did it say you can't get a "lunch" item before 11am.

Very good cinnamon rolls! Offers several different icings, cookies, & cupcakes. I wasn't a fan of the rainbow cupcake because is was bland tasting but the cinnamon rolls were worth the visit alone! They also have mini cinnamon roll bites that were amazing too. I'm a huge fan of cinnamon rolls and this place knows how to do it right!

I've heard about this place for a while now and had to finally give it a try. I have to qualify my expectations to begin with, I really wanted sticky buns, which they do not have. This makes a fat boy with a craving disappointed and sad when they are not there. Now I have to say the establishment was quaint and clean, which is always a must. The coffee was mehh, not impressed. I ordered a couple of Savory rolls with egg, cheese and sausage. They also came with a small side gravy. They were decent, but not exceptional for only being offered on Sundays. I also ordered two cinnamon rolls. Now... They were fresh and very much like fresh bread, more like bread than a cinnamon roll. Everything seemed more healthy? My expectations are more towards comfort food. I want my rolls brazed across the top with butter. I want a heavier dough with cinnamon and sugar rolled in the middle. I want them heavy and flakey with heart stopping, cholesterol filled goodness. With Will's rolls, they were extremely light and fluffy with a dusting of cinnamon in the wrap. More like a healthy alternative to cinnamon rolls from the comfort food category. If you are looking for Hot Springs trendy, with healthy, light overtones, this place could possibly be for you. If you are looking for solid, old-style memories from the past of artery blocking goodness and love like grandma used to make, it is probably not. Why 3 stars? It just didn't meet my expectations of what defines a cinnamon roll to me.

First of all, I notice there are several bad reviews due to disagreements with Will’s mask policy. While I don’t mind wearing a mask, I understand some do and that’s perfectly fine because it leaves more cinnamon rolls for me. These are literally the best cinnamon rolls you will find in all of Arkansas. The service is always exceptional, the rolls are reasonably priced considering their size (I can only eat one and I’m good to go!) and the cream cheese icing is to die for.

Will's cinnamon shop was a five-star experience. Between the warm orange cinnamon roll and the two breakfast sandwiches we got, all of it was absolutely perfect.

The breakfast sandwiches were 10 times better than expected. The egg on the sandwiches cooked to just the right amount of doneness and the meats and breads were exceptional.

The food was very reasonably priced and next time I visit Hot springs I will definitely be back.

We ordered a four pack. Variety. Maple coffee icing delish. They were out of orange and lemon. Quality rolls. Fresh. Offers coffee.

My husband and I visited Will's for the first time today, and it was definitely worth stopping by! I have had some tasty cinnamon rolls, but Will's was the best. It was perfectly baked, being soft and chewy without being doughy.

Rolls can be customized with a variety of glazes and toppings. Cream cheese and chopped pecans were my choices, and I'd be hard pressed to try something different on my next visit. It was simply delicious! My husband chose the original glaze and a chocolate drizzle and enjoyed that enough to devour it.

We also enjoyed some black coffee and a vanilla latte, which were of nice quality in the opinion of a couple who can be a bit coffee-picky.

Finally, the customer service was great. Will was friendly while he worked and interacted with customers, and the young man who brought our order to our car (no seating inside currently) was helpful enough to run back inside for us twice while stating, "We want our customers to be satisfied, so it isn't a problem at all!"

We will most certainly be back next time we are in Hot Springs!
