Will's Cinnamon Shop

This is now more of a food truck thank an actual storefront. The cinnamon rolls are delicious! The staff are very friendly. No longer have an espresso machine however they do still sell traditional drip coffee.

The most heavenly cinnamon rolls! I got maple coffee icing with bacon on mine, and my son got cream cheese with chocolate on top. The staff are amazing, and it's more than worth any wait there is.
They are still requiring masks inside. Even if you dislike covering your face, trust me, it is worth the extra step!

Stopped at their food truck (aka remote) location this morning for some breakfast before hitting bathhouse row. The younger man working the truck was really friendly. My wife and I both got the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and a cinnamon roll. Everything was very good and will definitely revisit when we're back in Hot Springs.

Went to Will’s Cinnamon Shop the last two days, and it was DELICIOUS. If you are in the area, it is a must go! It was very well priced. For my husband and I to get two breakfast sandwiches, a cream cheese cinnamon roll, and two locally roasted cups of coffee it was right at the $20 mark - unbeatable. The breakfast sandwiches are made right in front of you, the bacon is crispy, the cinnamon rolls are light, fluffy and not too sweet and the coffee - even the decaf - is fantastic! Will is kind and very committed to his business. Highly recommend.

First off, the customer service and awesome personalities of everyone working there were amazing!! I had the cinnamon roll topped with cream cheese icing and chocolate drizzle. My wife had the orange icing topped with pecans. We both agreed these were hands down the best cinnamon rolls we have ever experienced!!! We will not make the mistake of only ordering two ever again!!!

Best cinnamon rolls ever, our entire family was a huge fan! Great customer service, too. Highly recommend to anyone in town or visiting.

Our first time but not our last time. These cinnamon rolls just melt in your mouth. They offer a variety of icing & they have bacon that we saw a few customers had on top of their cinnamon roll. The sweetness was just right. The coffee/latte was really good also. We took a cinnamon roll home & had it wrapped due to the hours we had to travel. Well we ate it two days later & it was still fresh. We had a chance to meet the owner & Will was so nice plus he shared with us on how he got started making cinnamon rolls. This place was super clean. The young lady that warmed up our cinnamon rolls was just so nice & polite. This spot is cozy & family/friends oriented. Everything is made from scratch.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars ⭐️ this is the coolest little shop that we just happened to stumble upon because the road to the observation tower was closed :( we were trying to see the sunrise! We drove past this coffee place looking for a quick stop, and noticed the parking lot across the street had a beautiful sunrise view. We ended up coming in and dining in for breakfast and we are SO glad we did. The ambiance is perfect (especially during spooky season!!!) and the prices are very reasonable. We tried the little willies with cream cheese and traditional icing (both spectacular) and the savory roll with sausage egg and cheese 🥰😍 seriously everything was SO so good. If you have a chance to come here DEFINITELY stop it’ll be worth your while! If we had more time here we would come for lunch and ice cream as well. Overall, highlight of the trip ☺️ also will was SO nice.

This was our favorite place for food in hot springs! We got their breakfast sandwiches, savory roll, cinnamon roll, donut muffin, coffee and a snickerdoodle over a couple of days and they are amazing!

Tried the regular and lemon cinn. rolls, and the bacon/egg sandwich. Everything was amazing!! Will is so nice. This was a fantastic choice! You must have breakfast here!
