The Grand

Miss the old Grand, where you could get a fantastic espresso and work and meet up with people. The old business model had room for a far greater spectrum of customers, this new Grand is narrow and lacks community. It’s too bad.

Came to listen to Black Magic Flower Power and was treated kindly by the lovely workers.

Very calm energy, great music, great coffee, vivid scenery and amazing baked goods but Nachos felt slightly lackluster in flavor and the chips almost felt stale in nature although not all chips are made the same but me and others ate it regardless and we were happy!

I came here for the first time because my friend Chris mentioned it. I was blown away by the aesthetic and the culture. Every had character and the staff was very pleasant and respectful. There was a lot of space to eat and work. The food was incredible!!! And coffee. If you want a place to work or just chill I highly recommend this place.

Currently working graveyard shift and always looking for new 24 hour spots for coffee! I heard about their lavender white mocha... So my co-workers and I went and ordered drinks and food to give it a try!

The lavender white mocha (iced) was pretty good. It's a little strange at first and probably not for everyone but I enjoyed it. It comes with 4 shots of espresso so it's a great caffeinated choice! Their Italian sodas are bomb as well. We tried a vanilla cherry combo that was delicious!

On to the food... I'll say that the establishment lost a star for 2 reasons. First, it took over 30 mins to get our food to go. This isn't something that's conducive to our job. We need something a bit faster. So I'd definitely suggest calling your order in and then pick it up if you're not eating there. The second reason is the food itself. It seems to be hit or miss. The fries are really good but the aioli served with them is extremely potent and salty. The Caesar salad was nothing to write home about but it was decent. The plain mac and cheese was to DIE for. And the biscuits and gravy was a let down. They toasted the biscuits on the grill before adding a disappointing amount of gravy to them so they're hard to cut with a fork as well as being a bit stale. The gravy was bland and needed salt and pepper at the least. The chef also messed up my fried egg request but as far as taste, they were okay for scrambled. And the bacon was good (hard to mess that up...). The biggest plus is that they serve the whole menu all day long.

And lastly, the ambiance! This place is the coolest. I look forward to when I have time to just hang out here. I'll probably come to do homework or just to get away. For gamers, it has a very "Bioshock" feel to it. It's very vintage and not only do they serve food and coffee but they have a full bar as well!

All in all, it was a hit with my co-workers and I. I'm looking forward to trying more menu items during future visits!

This place is great! Awesome drinks (you gotta try the lavender white mocha), and amazing atmosphere. Perfect place to chill with friends, get some homework done, or meet with someone for work.

Fun coffee shop in the heart of downtown. Offers a variety of coffees and teas, including blackberry lavender and matcha tea latte. They have a variety of milks, including coconut milk. They also have lunch, including the impossible burger. It’s busy during lunch so come early to eat the crowds. There are a few parking spots in the attached side lot (must go through the special lane) or you can find side street parking.

I really wanted to give a five star here.

If you want a pirate feel to your night, they got a beautiful interior and atmosphere that matches. Even their "Grand" area has a unique atmosphere that is great!

Now I can't say much on food, as we only went to the pirate area (Grand is only area with actual meal?). The drinks were poured by a VERY heavy hand. You'll get your liquor worth for the high price of drink.

Overall the novelty of the area was great. As a regular weekend thing, not so much mainly due to price but still a fun night.

Cool place! We just had drinks in the bar. Can't get into the restaurant without a reservation. I will definitely be back with a reservation!

I went to The Ghost Ship, so I cannot speak for the Sanctum. However, the Ghost Ship had excellent atmosphere and great service. While they do warn you that they don't have much for food, the snack options are very limited. The drinks were just okay. You will come here for the experience, not the menu.

Stopped in for cocktails. Service was friendly and prompt. Outdoor patio was nice to enjoy the evening

There’s construction so it was sort of a pain to find/get into the parking lot. But that’s not their fault.
