One of the other reviews says “this is the sort of place that likes to remain hidden.” It is well hidden. And when you try to call them for directions, they answer the phone and then hang up. Too bad. A customer lost.

This is a great coffee shop for people wanting to chill out and get some work done. They offer a wonderful variety of coffees and snacks. There is a glass wall which lets in lots of natural light. The staff is always friendly and it's never overly crowded.

Cowboy Gary Mitchell Godwin thank s enjoyed visit. From cowboyfolkpopart. Your nice location is near the Phoenix Library. The Cancer Surviver human bronzes are out front of door.

I'm not impressed with "giant" coffee. The cold brew only comes in 12 and 16oz sizes? That's not giant. It also tastes burnt and watery and I don't taste any of the vanilla I asked for. If you like a modern rustic aesthetic and bad, overpriced coffee then this place is for you. I gave 3 stars for the very classic (which is what I like) looking painting hanging in the shop. It was the only pleasing thing to look at.

My fav study spot, and they have the best breakfast burritos

I tried Giant for the first time about a week ago. For starters, parking is limited & I had to park across the at CVS parking lot. I imagine at some point CVS will get tired of people using their lot. The inside of the shop is pretty cool. I ordered my vanilla latte and a pastry treat. The coffee temperature was Luke warm but the pastry was great. As I sat across the person I came to meet there and tried to have a conversation. The music playing in the shop was a little too loud for conversation, I felt like I was trying to have a conversation at a club! The overall experience was disappointing, it would've been a cool place if only they would focus more on quality of their products they're putting out than the whole " hipster " scene their trying to be.

Very nice looking shop, very clean and the staff were nice. I don't think there is enough seating though the was only maybe 10-12 people there and seating was full. Since this is a coffee shop people just seemed to linger so finding somewhere to seat in the shop was slow going.

Very cute coffee spot. Service was good. Love the atmosphere, abundant study space, and simple enough menu. I will certainly be back. Thanks for a great first experience and morning latte!

A nice location. Near Heard Museum Phoenix Museum and Mary Coyle's Ice Cream Parlour. Like name GIANT reminds me of James Dean. Cowboy Gary Mitchell Godwin from cowboyfolkpopart.

Honey vanilla latte is the only flavored coffee drink I've ever fallen in love with, with that being said I firmly believe that most folks looking for mochas should go ahead and go to Starbucks and leave the staff at Giant free to make excellent americanos for me. :)
The staff here is excellent and they pull consistently good shots.
