Staff interaction was little to none. Only one worker with 2 customers and I did not even get greeted or anything. The worker didn't even acknowledge us until it was our turn to order and only asked what we wanted and asked us if we were paying with card. After paying she didn't even say anything else just gave us our order and walked away. "Coffee" was bland and had an onion after taste. Won't recommend to anyone.

Good food and good tea. Fun atmosphere. There's parking in the back off the alley.

Update: I don't go there any more. Found a hair in my food. They gave me something else. And then she came back to say it was just a cat hair. That makes it better?

Brightly lit, open space, lots of seating. The barista was very nice. Plug ins for laptops. Free wifi. Across from The Cancer Survivor park. Have visited twice!!

The cappuccino here is filled with flavor and done to perfection. I also appreciate the low noise level here, it definitely makes it easy to do work in a social environment without having to bring out the noise cancelling headphones. Thanks for an Awesome experience Gaint Coffee!

I came in just in time for Pastry Happy Hour. I enjoyed both the lemon-poppy seed scone and the sugar cinnamon muffin. The coffee was delicious and service great. I even relieved a free top-up. Too bad iLahey close early. The night owl in me would love to chill out here with a book and coffee late into the evening.

Inside is very nice and has a unique design to it. We got a pumpkin muffin and a cookie both very nice and tasty. The coffee was a disappointment. It was too hot and tasted close to burnt and watery. The big problem is the location itself. It not easy to find nor get to. Parking is nearly non existent unless you want to risk parking at the CVS, which has several signs warning of tow away. Despite the good pasteries, coffee is in the title and if an establishment cant deliver on the coffee then why bother visiting them? There are far better options for coffee downtown than this place.

The customers are a little stuck up, but the employees are awesome AND THEY HAVE VEGAN STUFF!!! It's so hard to find vegan treats these days! Also the tea is so good I didn't have to put any honey or sugar in it! Tasted fresh & Organic!

Knowledgeable baristas, free parking, a fun little boutique, a beautiful patio that can open up into the store, and plenty of space for people to sit and relax.

The coffee is admittedly not the best in Phoenix. That isn't to say it's not very good, it's certainly in my top ten. But likely lower on that list than others. It's supplied by four barrel, which is a plus. But in my opinion this is made up for by a very comfy space that is simply fun to be in. A good place to work and enjoy coffee with a beautiful view, especially during the winter when the patio is open.

Eclectic coffee shop. Good coffee and tasty pastries. Kinda of hidden so you have to look really good.

While I can't complain about the quality of the food and caliber of the coffee, I did have an odd/quirky customer service experience. At first, the barista seemed to be somewhat funny and charming. However, when I went to order, he had his elbows on the counter with his hands covering his face looking at me through his fingers. I didn't acknowledge this when I ordered bc I simply wanted my coffee and blueberry muffin, and it was too early for me to form a question. After a bit of waiting, I had a picturesque latte (complete with froth flourishes) ready to go. Overall, I might go again if there were changes made to the order experience.
