LOVE their lattes!! The caramel latte is to die for. Wish they had more stores with drive-thru's though. They NEED more stores in Central Phoenix. We drive 30 mins EVERY DAY just to get their coffee. Move in closer to the heart of Phoenix!!!

Love this place! I always go thru drive thru and every time everyone is always hyper friendly and always asking if I want to add a food to my order. I always order the 32oz iced hazelnut coffee and it's made to perfection every single time. Very satisfied every visit!

I specifically asked the cashier if my drink that I wanted had dairy she informed me that it did not have dairy so I purchased a drink. I drank it half way and I’m currently having the worst stomach ache of my life. I have celiac disease and I am extremely allergic to dairy. Ruined my whole day and now I have to go to the hospital. This is very serious for people with my condition, I asked her multiple times and she confirmed that it did not have dairy. Why would she tell me it didn’t have dairy when it does? It is truly important that you are educating your staff. This is extremely unacceptable. This is not something that should be taken lightly. I am fuming right now and Now my whole day is ruined. Now that I have ingested dairy I must get my stomach pumped and fast to get the dairy out of my system. Extremely disappointed.

Emailed CS and filed a complaint. The managers and supervisors are arrogant. All the money we spend and they have no respect for their customers.

I accumulated a free beverage and went through the drive through and ordered a 32 oz and a regular size blended iced mocha, and I got charged for the more expensive one, I asked for a manager(Ashlynn), she told me (it’s in the fine print)I decided-to go get gas and a car wash, then went back to Coffeebean , went inside the store to talk to her about there being no fine print on the app smh!
Turns out they had a promo for Mother’s Day for a free regular size beverage, So it was a misunderstanding I said, but before I finished my sentence she just walked away from me at the register smh
So first she didn’t get to the root cause of the problem and made it worse by saying (It’s in the fine print) instead of defusing the situation, and when I went back to the store there was no I’m sorry or I apologize, simply just rude and didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she walked off! Smh

One of our favorite places to stop when we are in the valley. I recently discovered the order from the app feature. Amazing! Our order was ready to go when we got there. Our favorite is the vanilla blended with chocolate espresso beans.

As others have stated, CBT&L has gone downhill in coffee quality. Literally have wasted so much money at this location, alwyays thinking it will be better on the current visit. My coffee is always stale, regardless of the time of day or night. Coffee that is clearly marked medium or dark roast on their website, is sold as "light brew", when you ask about it. The location by Fry's off 101 and 59th is slightly better. I have found the most consistent location to be the 101 at Cave Creek Rd. No matter how busy they are, that manager is amazing, and the coffee is much better, althought as others mentioned, it also seems like the coffee quality has shifted for the worst. II have not been to the Cave Creek Rd location recently, but will try this week (and report back) before I decide to move on from this franchise.

First off, the 1 star is in no way the fault of the staff. The company has been letting the quality of their product slip for awhile now. Coffee tastes really bad, tea is nothing special anymore. Staff is great, it's the product that sucks.
