Always good! Great customer service! And one great tasting peppermint mocha americano! I'd give 5 stars but internet is extremely slow to work from here.

Definitely not worth $5 for a cold brew latte. Yet another proof of the benefit of brewing @ home.

Maybe I made a mistake when I was ordering. Maybe I actually asked for a cup full of ice with a miniscule amount of coffee added.

Or maybe this place is just highway robbery.

By the way that comes out to a gallon of 20 hour cold brew pitcher being worth like $75

Asked how much for refill, since the cup was 90% ice, was told it'll be another $5. No thanks.

Never again. Put in an order using uber and they arrived with a fraction of my order. Called the store and was Shocked by a person who handled the call named Illias. First thing he says with attitude "what do you want me to do" then he asked me to return the partial order and pick up the missing drinks which won't work I'm at work and I ordered delivery! Then I said I was upset that out of 9 items we got only three drinks and two food items and that my total $82 and I felt jipped.. He sarcastically says "I don't know how 9 items total $82 but ok" .... Dude fees and uber up charge of course and what does that have to do with you guys messing my order up and me only getting 5 items out of 9???? I eventually asked for a refund and he wasnt helping with that so I asked his name and he danced around giving it so I demanded his name and he said Illias and then hung up on me without helping me!!!! Never again will we bring our office business here! And I really hope you can pull the call and hear how absolutely horrible he handled this. Also the drinks we got were melted and seperating because the guy didn't know to go into the building to find the suite we were in so yeah yuck. Also buyer beware their $6+ breakfast items are those paper wrapped tiny refrigerated burritos that they actually send cold. This isn't the first time we have had issues I just got shafted today being the one to order for everyone.....

comfty environment, people were doing their work. i’ve been waiting to try coffee beans coffee for sooo long and finally did but was disappointed with my drink :/ there was no flavor, my friend and i used the syrup sugar in the back and vanilla powder and it kinda helped but then i ordered expresso shots to add to give it flavor which didn’t really help. next time i go i will try a different drink. i got an ice blended half vanilla, half white chocolate large

Great as always! I missed having their white chocolate mochas being from California, they had coffee beans everywhere, I live in Flagstaff, they don't have one here but when I'm in town, I make sure to visit. Do not buy their K cups French dark roast, they were disappointing.

If I could rate 0 stars on this location I most definitely would. The manager Katie in the evenings is extremely rude and disrespectful. She has no consideration for customers and is very bad at customer service. I do not recommend this location if you want to be proud with the drink you purchase

Love your tea, but the other day I ordered an apple fritter and it had been cross contaminated with cherry syrup or something of the like, this gave me a minor allergic reaction. You guys need to be more careful about cross contamination, seriously. It only took two bites to give me a reaction in less than 5 minutes, I'm highly allergic to cherries. I've never had a problem like this over the year I've been going here, but now I'm just turned off from ordering any food from you guys. I'll still drink the tea but I can't trust your sweets and treats anymore. Be more careful when handling food, if I'd been really hungry, I would've had the whole thing down in less than 5 minutes and I probably would have ended up in the hospital since I can't afford an epi pen.

I definitely recommend the mango cold brew tea it’s really good!

And staff is ALWAYS friendly and kind .

The app ordering service gives you tiers where you can get free drinks.

It’s through the app plus if you save your coupons from in store purchases or wether you grab the coupon that’s up front by the register.

It’ll give you a $1-$2 discount on future drinks.

It’s a highly recommended must daily.

As well it’s awesome inside because it is an old style coffee bean designed store .

So it’s all wooden and Cozy inside .

They’ll keep you coming back.
