Cozy and warm atmosphere make this small coffee shop worthwhile. It's much more inviting than other competitors which treat you like a number. Also has a drive through for extra convenience.

The employees are very quick and always sweet. One of them actually went to my table and brought me my coffee and that surprised me! This location is clean and it doesn't get crowded or loud even though seating area is limited inside. This is where I go when I want to study out.

I’ve gone three times to this location and only once was it okay. The staff is cold and not friendly. The manager or owner is awful. He acts as if everything is an inconvenience and that I was a bother to him. I used to work in food service so I’m always extra friendly but he’s been rude each time I’ve gone in. Will not return or recommend.

A cute coffee shop, this is a quiet place to relax and get some work done. While the lounge area could use some improvement, friendly service and some great iced coffee makes up for any shortcomings. A quick drive thru makes for the perfect grab n go espresso to round out this nice alternative to the generic Starbucks.

Im not one to complain, and I love the coffee bean and tea leaf, but this location is a disaster. The staff always seems bothered to help and my order is constantly made incorrectly. And to top it off yesterday when I scanned my app to check in it didn't read and the barista didn't even bother to rescan or anything. Every other location is helpful and I never have a problem. Just save yourself the hassle and go to 59th and Beardsley.

Far superior to Starbucks in taste and quality. I find prices to be cheaper compared to the other coffee places. Starbucks doesn't even offer the 32oz size for blends. I have friends who work for Starbucks but get there drinks at the Coffee Bean! Delicious coffee hot or blends. The cold brew teas are OMG! The customer service is always great. We soooo wish there were more locations.

Loaded money to my app, my bank account was charged, but money never showed up on my app or gift card.
It's impossible to get in touch with someone, there's no phone number to call, actually there is 877 number but it's automated, only way is thru some kind of guest relations, which I did twice but no one is coming back to me.
This place by itself is okay, this is just review for the International coffee and tea leaf company!

The people here are so friendly Every time Without fail. They seem genuine and ordering here is just so pleasant. Keep up the good work!
