Not perfect here, but I'm happy most of the time. I'm here every weekend with the same order regular hot hazelnut latte and a ice blended matcha green tea. And it's always nice to see Andrea, she's great. She's a large hot beautiful latte 😍

Absolutely appalling how these people treat new customers. Just went to this location to have the manager Ashlynn be absolutely rude to my husband while ordering at the drive thru. He brushed it off like maybe she’s having a bad day, but when we got to the drive up window she asked if he had a mask(which he had no problem putting on) and as he was doing so her eyes couldn’t have rolled further back into her head as if she was completely in-convinced by our visit. Bad day or not she’s disgusting and to think that type of demeanor is OK by a manager is mind blowing.

They really need to lower the price of their breakfast burrito. $6 is ridiculous. Its basically a $2 gas station burrito. Its small and feels like you're chewing on Styrofoam.

Love this place I come here every single day wouldn't buy my coffee from any other place. The staff is amazing and always know how to make my drinks. Gotta love the purple straw way to go girls and guys keep up the great work.

Just tried the winter wonderland tea latte. It was Heaven in my mouth. I only wish I bought a bigger size. I don’t have this place near me but I’ll drive 40 min for this again!

Nothing is made at this establishment. Many the breakfast burritos are prepackaged and just heated up, just like the sandwiches. Good coffee and tea.

This location has been off its game lately. Today my ice blended vanilla with coconut milk tastes way too coconut-y and barely could taste vanilla. The other day my Malibu dream did not taste like it was supposed to. It tasted like a raspberry drink. I am very disappointed. I go to this location because it has a drive thru but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. I don’t even want to try to finish today’s drink....and that is a waste of money.

I had a fantastic Nitro Cold Brew. Baked goods looked fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly and keep the store incredibly clean and neat. Inside seating is limited but they have a nice outdoor area that is covered. Internet was SLOW and limited power outlets.

I went thru drive thru and seen that it said store temporarily closed! My name is Zandie I come here everyday and I am heartbroken! Yes I love the coffee so much but the workers are wonderful. I am so sad that right before Christmas they closed. I really pray this didn’t ruin Christmas for the workers because that would be such an awful thing to do to people who did such a wonderful job running this Company!

This is the second time I came I went Into the shop and since I was The only one at the counter at the moment I was Kinda standing there for a couple minutes with no one attending the counter. I’m in the coffee business my self and I never Leave the counter unattended for too long since I know how restless people can get. I got The maple latte again and it didn’t taste as good as the first time, something about it was off but I drank It anyways. Then later I went Up to buy a water and again .. stood there for awhile. The girls manning the drive through could see me and looked at me and were all laughing together but didn’t tell the girl working the counter that hey .. you have a customer ? She said hi how are you but it was kinda forced and it’s not like I had a bad attitude or anything ? when I asked If I could buy a water she just said they had a self serve water station and then I asked about water cups? Since I kinda Wanted one with ice . She just said there were cups there and walked away from the counter again and it was just a little water cup which is fine but I kinda Wanted a larger water with ice but I was too afraid to go back and ask since they weren’t being very friendly. No one was really friendly, Maybe they weren’t happy to be working on a Saturday in the afternoon but I’ve been working in the same industry for awhile and you kinda just gotta get over it and put a smile on your face. So I wasn’t happy with the second experience. Though The first time I came here through the drive through, I really enjoyed the maple latte I got And the mango tea, I accidentally got the tea too small since I’d never seen their sizes before so I asked how much it would cost to just get a medium like the size of the coffee I had And she just gave it to me :,) it was really nice And she was helpful.
