Makai Cafe

Although we had a bit of a challenge finding it we were glad we did. Upon first walking in it is very simple but for a breakfast/lunch restaurant it fits the bill. The menu is varied so there shouldn't be any issues finding something you like. I had the French dip with the sweet potato fries and my husband had BLTA with an added egg and both were wonderful but the BLTA with the egg was to die for, if we are ever in Lake Havasu again we will definitely be back and I'll be ordering that. The service was friendly and quick, no complaints here.

Really enjoyed breakfast here with my friends! It's right by the water and the bridge. I got a breakfast egg sammy on a croissant. Added some hot sauce - Mmm! This review is making me hungry. Cute patio area. Liked it a lot!

Wait was long. food came out cold and over carmelized. my food had appeared to come out of the microwave. I ordered the banana nut french toast, sauce - syrup was so over cooked it was hard and stuck to the plate. The french toast was tough. They have gone to cheap sausage but the prices have gone up. Hate to see this in a favorite go to place to eat.

Mimosas and Benedict. The food was great. A amazing view. We were alone for most of the meal but I could see this place getting busy. The service was quick and friendly. What is not to love?

This is a quaint little place located in Lake Havasu, AZ right on London Bridge. The prices are fair, the portions are generous and the food is flavorful and cooked just right! We had a party of 20 and they were pretty good about refilling drinks, getting napkins etc. However, they still need to work on their timing out ALL THE FOOD so that everyone could eat at the same time. Other than that I'll give them 4 stars because I really enjoyed the "cute little cafe" atmosphere. Oh, and the most important part... I'd definitely go again! And I'll probably be with a smaller party next time so they'll hopefully get 5 stars lol

The food was excellent and the view was wonderful. We had our breakfast outside and the weather was fantastic. Service was a little slow but than again the place was busy. I would recommend eating at this fine establishment and I will eat here again.

Went there for lunch and had the Makai burger. Very good, French fries great, and the service was exceptional. It was a very cold day so not so busy. Would like to sit out on the patio next time. They have a great view of the channel from the patio.

Chicken steak look like something strange 🙄

We tried this place out after sampling the free 'breakfast' offered at the Splash Grill the previous day. The food was wholesome and well prepared, service was good and the prices were reasonable. The location has great views of the Bridge if it's warm enough to eat outside. We went back the following day before we headed off so we were early - unsurprisingly there were plenty of locals there which is always a good sign.

Food is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is average as its a fairly tight fit but cozy. Nice and friendly staff. Only complaint is the pricing. I would recommend to anyone but just know it's not the cheapest meal in town.
