Dutch Bros Coffee

My personal favorite things from here are their Rebel energy drinks. I love how you can customize your drink & they have copious options! Only downside is they are always packed! :( you will be in line for a little while but definitely worth the wait.

Very warm welcome each time. Avoid peak hours, though, if you're in a hurry. Ever try a coffee slush? Ask for blended. So delicious.

Compared to other Dutch Bros, this one is lacking (customer service). The girl who took my order didn't bother to look up from their tablet but was audacious enough to ask for a tip twice. Coffee was standard Dutch.

They have good customer service but they do not know how to make a decent cup of coffee to save their life. I have years ordering the same drink (an iced kicker with light ice) and every time I order an iced kicker at this location it’s 95% milk and 5% coffee it tastes like I’m drinking a cup of milk rather than coffee. The owner should focus on showing their baristas how to make proper drinks because this is the worst location in regards to the quality of drinks.

Learn how to pull your shots AZ!! Not only is there a minimum 45 minute wait each time I've been here but my coffee has been disgusting & burnt every time! Can't wait to get back home to Springfield OR where they know how to make amazing drinks!!

Waited 16 minutes at the walk up with only one person in front of me and never got my drink. The drive thru had 10-14 people go Thru as I sat there and waited. When I asked about my drinks I was told that they are busy and short staffed. Second time this has happened to me at this location. Save yourself the stress go to the 83rd ave locations or better yet Starbucks.
Only plus to this was I got a refund.

Me and my wife were passing through the Glendale, AZ area during our road trip and wanted to try this place because we had heard about it from a friend. Let my tell you, we sure were glad we did. Not only was the experience something different, we were greeted and treated like family! Our drinks were free just for being first time customers and a guy by the name of Trevor went ABOVE and beyond to make sure our Dutch Bros Coffee experience was great. From the time we pulled in to the drive-thru line, Trevor was so kind and professional, we thought we were his best-friends! Great experience and great drinks! Thanks Trevor and team!

So delicious and kind people!! I got a white zombie chai with a shot of white chocolate macadamia and coconut!! Absolutely delicious!!

Friendly staff on the outside, the wait in line was a bit long (15 minutes)

The caramelizer blended is so good! I only like sweet coffee or coffee in beer! The staff is always very nice! 👍🏼
