This is my most frequented Dutch Broz location. I've been coming to this location for over 3 years. Overall, I enjoy the experiences I've had with this place. There have been times over the years (probably due to employees being new and still learning) that my order has been messed up or completely wrong entirely. But outside of that, not once have I had a negative experience with an employee. They are ALWAYS positive and kind towards me.

The drinks here are always delicious! My to go drink the strawberry lavender tea š it always tastes the same and i absolutely love that. They always ask me how i am doing or what i am up to and i think that's great customer service š«¶š» the rewards program on their app its super convenient šš» š

Freddie is absolutely amazing working the walk up window! I love his attitude and customer service. I normally go through the drive through but today I walked up and Iām so glad I did. Freddie is the sole reason I would come back to this Dutch Bros.

Lines are too long and too slow. They need to have at minimum 3 ppl out there taking orders at all times and please STOP asking for tips. What the heck am I tipping for? A long line? 1 barista? I think not...........Here's a tip : DONT ASK!!!

I love going to this dutch bros! I want to especially acknowledge lou, who was working the window when i had a bad day. she made me feel a ton better and even ended up giving me the drink for free, so kind of her and really made my day!

I love coming here and getting coffee. This morning, however, it's one thing to represent customer service but when you have a long line, I think convo should be limited a little. Not to move away from greetings but some us have to get to work. But other than that.. I love DB! Positive attitude at all times! That's what keeps me going back. Plus they had free sticker. Haha. Love DB

So we came through the drive through and the girl asked for our order before we could even get to the menu and when si told her that she said ābummer, so what would you like to order?ā Again I told her there was no menu and wouldnāt offer us one and just stood there looking at us and we just ordered two iced coffees then and a tea then she says ā oh itās just going to ask you a few questions if you want to leave a tipā as she shows us the iPad . and when we get to the window and Iām explaining to the guy at the drive thru window (African American with curly hair) about what happened he said ā low key I didnāt hear that maāam ā and I said āhigh key she was rushing us for our order but didnāt forget to ask for her tipā and he just looked at me with a annoyed face and saidāI have 3 drinks for you maāam ā and āHappy Easterā they are so quick to ask for a quick and donāt help at all when you have a question and are extremely rude when you mention an issue. Iām a mom of two kids and āmaāam is not offensive but the way he said it was.they forget that is paying and coming back pays their bills. If you want to feel disrespected and rushed to tip rude personnel then go right ahead.
