Dutch Bros Coffee

My God the line though.
With the construction going on you have to drive circles around the parking lot to find out where to even get in. And God forbid there is an event or weather condition too.
Go for the drinks. If you have a pastry or dessert in mind they are probably out.

I've only been to this location once and whoever made the drinks definitely had a heavy hand when pouring the flavor - both drinks basically went wasted. However, they are always really nice and have super amazing customer service skills so I'm sure if I went back and told them about my experience they would remake the order.

Visiting from out of state and tried Dutch Bros for the first time! Did not disappoint. The drinks were really good and the drive thru was fast.

It’s a great place but some workers stop to talk and that can be time consuming. There’s also been times where the worker taking my order would be rude and give attitude.

Update: I went today on 4/23 and the worker taking the order wasn’t paying attention and I did ask for whipped cream on my drink and didn’t get it. The parking spot in front of the drive thru window is completely unnecessary, it gets in the way of people with big cars who have to turn out and there’s not enough room to turn out when the line blocks not only the turning point but the plaza entrance.

This was my first time ever at a Dutch bros and everyone there made the experience great. The woman that took my order was so friendly and kind and when the guy at the window found out it was my first time he had everyone welcome me, gave me a sticker and left a sweet note on my drink. Will definitely be returning here!

There aren't any Dutch Bros where I live so I had my first visit during a trip out to Phoenix. I was under the impression that it was more or less like any other coffee shop, but they offer a lot of other drinks that I wasn't expecting. If I had to compare it to something else I'd say they're a mix somewhere between Starbucks and Sonic and all the employees are super rad and hopped up on caffeine.
Since it was my first visit I had no idea what I wanted to order, but the girl that was working the drive-tru was really helpful and after a couple of questions lead me to ordering a watermelon tea with raspberry (or something like that).
I came back the next morning to try some coffee and got an Iced Campout which was good, but I feel like didn't really showcase the coffee much. I also ordered a chocolate milk which was SUPER rich and delicious.

The coffees always consistent . unlike star*ucks if u order one type everyday it's never always exactly made the same!

My drinks always come out tasting the same, which differs from Starbucks or Dunkin. Lines are long but service is fast.

Great location! It was my b-day, I didn't really mention it, as I used my bday drink coupon with the order taker outside, and the staff inside was caring enough to make me feel special! This location is pretty fast, staff always nice, I go out of my way to stop by here!

The best! Thank you so much, Dutch Bros, for the delicious coffee and friendly staff! Your employees were killin it on the busiest Friday night! Great job!
For those who are watching their calories and sugar intake, try the Keto Americano with whipped cream. It’s the best and now my favorite. I’ll be back soon!
