Dutch Bros Coffee

The staff here are so nice! And the food is really good to. I got iced coffees and a vanilla milkshake type thing, and it was all good! I really like that they have car runners going out taking the orders, and when you get to the window they just hand you the order. Its so efficient and its GENIUS.

My first time trying it and it was delicious! Can’t wait for a location near me in SoCal.

Dutch brothers is always great coffee but this night the line was delayed for whatever reason but took over 20 min. Once your in line you can't get out so definitely can make you late

Super friendly and efficient Dutch Bros, during rush times you need to use your best judgment on if sitting in your car for behind like 10 cars is truly worth not walking out and getting your drink within 2-3 mins.

Coffee is great, of the many many times I've visited I've maybe only had one bitter espresso shot and Dutch remade it to make things right when I brought it up to them. Love this location!

It's my first time trying Dutch Brothers and I loved it! The coffee is very smooth tasting and not too sweet. I really enjoyed the French toast sandwich as well. I will definitely have it again whenever I am on the West Coast!

A reason why Dutch Bros is a great coffee place is because of their great customer service. As Dutch bros always says, “Dutch Bros strives to be a force for good through outstanding customer service and killer coffee.” They totally keep their word on that promise. The employees always greet people with a big smile and have a positive attitude. It could be the hottest or coldest day of the year and they never fail to bring their best attitude to work. As people pull up to the widow, the employees actually make conversation with the customers. Other places usually shut the window on you and open it up just to give you what you ordered. If you tell the employees that it’s your birthday and you give them proof, the whole staff screams happy birthday. They also customize your cup by writing happy birthday and put sprinkles on it too. “…we will continue serving our customers as individuals and with dignity, respect and kindness” (Dutch Bros Coffee). They have gained the popularity of many because of their amazing service, and how quickly they work to get orders out to people. Considering the fact that they have lines that that are about 40 minutes long, they work harder than ever to make sure those lines cut down shorter. The staff goes above and beyond, and truly care about their customers. Giving them the best possible experience every time they’re there.

This was my 1st time here. In Phoenix, it's too hot for hot coffee so iced coffee was the next best thing. I was scared the drink might be too sweet but the cold brew was just right.

Good coffee. Wait time was longer then usual. Seems like a busy place. Add extra time for coffee there.

We absolutely LOVED our experience at Dutch Brothers! While the product is top notch, the service is out of this world! We left feeling like we had just made a whole coffee shop full of BEST FRIENDS! We don't have a Dutch Bros in our city, but if you come here with that business model we will certainly be regulars! Keep up the great work!!!
