This place look very nice! is cozy and welcoming; specially design to sit comfortably to chat with friends. However, the quality of the coffee is average, and it took a while for them to serve it. Also, the offering of other things to accompany your coffee (i.e. sweets) is very poor (I'm not sure if that was because I went on a Sunday)

Fantastic coffee shop. Their coffee and service are excellent, but they also have the most amazing patio out back. I definitely recommend stopping here whether you live here or are just passing through.

As a self proclaimed coffee connoisseur, it was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful art on the walls. Very kind staff. Amazing pastries, scones, cookies, etc. we had the blueberry danish and it was to die for. Great sizes, flavors, blends and roasts. Love this place!

It's probably best you miss this train.
Tables and counters were clean. Bathroom could've been cleaner and has the toilet positioned directly in front of an outside window which can be unsettling for some. Decor is neat and slightly industrial, very cozy. Straws and napkins were well stocked. Restaurant temperature was just right and the shop was very busy. Clientele seemed to be in their 30s.
Staff was not friendly, not attentive, and hardly urgent, but at least their uniforms were tidy. Black coffee tasted burnt and was scalding hot. I asked if they had any cup sleeves, they didn't, and they said they double cupped the drink instead, which was hardly effective.
Was not impressed and will not be visiting this shop again.

Were welcomed right away and allowed to take our time ordering. Settled on two hot chocolates, a chai, and a cappuccino. Also ordered a cookie. Service was friendly and helpful. Offered to answer any questions we had. Drinks were fantastic. Cozy indoors, which was nice since it was drizzling. I'd return.

Got a delicious breakfast burrito here the other day - made by Square Root. Latte wasn't my favorite but I'd give them another try next time I visit Flagstaff. 5 stars for being super friendly and for having those burritos ready to go, saved me on my hike later that day. Thanks guys!

Went in to get coffee around 1-3 and a guy at the register with facial hair and glasses made a racist comment under his breath about me. I was so shocked that I had to ask my wife if she heard him. I am not sure why someone would say such racist comments. I felt so uncomfortable and left quickly after. I wish I knew his name as this needs to be addressed and is so bad to happen especially in a city that is supposed to welcome diversity.

Cozy place, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a hot tea in cold winter night.

Love it here! The staff are so great and always so kind. Great coffee, refer a lot of friends and family.
The service is pretty slow or would be 5 stars.

Clean and cozy, flavorful coffee, great breakfast burritos, sinful treats (the cream puff thing is to die for!), and the staff were friendly and patient with us in our decision making. Enjoying it all on the beautiful back patio made it all even better! Will definitely be back!☕
