Great dirty chai. Good little breakfast goodies. Friendly service, downtown art scene. Really busy with locals at 9 am

Speedy and friendly service, excellent coffee, mediocre breakfast burritos that require you to microwave them yourself. Wasn’t quite expecting that, given the size and grandiosity of the place. Wish they had more food options.

But what they lack in food is made up for in aesthetics, with a slick location, plentiful and varied places to sit, and a back patio with a fire pit.

The cold drinks were good. The mocha was good. The chai was great. But the hot chocolate was pretty watered down. As the drinks were good, the outside seating and ambiance is definitely a 5/5. Cool open atmosphere and a beautiful breeze coming through. On the other hand the staff had quite an attitude towards my family for no reason. Very impatient, it was sad. The menu is pretty complicated. It was hard to order along with the impatient and funny acting staff. It would have been a 4 out of 5 if not for the staff. Its almost like they hate the world and they then don't like me and were impatient. I will add photos so you can see how beautiful it is. Before coming here, think about going to a local Starbucks instead.

We love this place, it’s where we get coffee every time we are through Flagstaff. Staff is always so friendly. bUT….

The reason I gave it less than 5 stars is that today, I had a mocha and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The coffee was so weak, I could barely tell it was coffee. No flavor at all. AND the Dutch chocolate that I asked for was non-existent. I couldn’t taste anything except the oat milk they used. I was so disappointed. I normally just have coffee… should have stuck to the tried and true coz it was $$$ for the mocha and I’ve had much better at Starbucks.

Location and vibe: nested in the heart of old town, vibe was pleasant as we arrived and saw.
Food and quality of service: non of the staff members were professional and nice to start with , but with an espresso machine down, the just continued to take orders making a hand full of customers upset in a few minutes, worst was that no refunds were allowed even before they processed the order (with the fact that now espresso machine was available), they simply said “get something else, we can not refund”.

Super cute place, nice patio, nice staff, but… the coffee I ordered (a latte peppermint was absolutely gross! Tasted burnt & not sweet at all! Couldn’t even finish it I shared with my husband but he hated it as well so we had to throw it out! Super expensive I ordered the smallest they had and it was over $5! Go to Starbucks!

Excellent service and excellent coffee. Owner and valued employee are both stand up individuals who make and serve a fine quality product. Kudos

Didnt actually try out their coffee, but ordered online on Christmas day at 4pm because Google said they were open. Turns out they weren't. They refunded my payment without me following up with them. Rating them for doing right by their customers. Will definitely try them next time I'm visiting FLG.

Great coffee, lots of tea and espresso drink options and some bakery items. The baristas are the true heros of this cafe and bring wonderfully friendly energy to the cafe. I will definitely return if I am ever in the area again!

I bought an $8 breakfast burrito and I was instructed to use the microwave to heat it up. Not even McDonald's uses microwaves, and they don't tell you to heat your own food, like a gas station. The coffee and pastries are great. The staff is very friendly. The back patio is really nice to bring your canine. Lastly, I don't understand tipping before you know if the coffee or food is good.
