Java Juice Cafe

If you google just a regular boba tea, what you’ll find is a taiwanese drink from the 80’s, the ingredients typically being a tea base, boba, and ice cubes which is what i expected to receive when I ordered a “regular black tea boba.” What i got instead was some kind of frappe-boba concoction, which is fine, but if I wanted that i would have ordered that instead of a “regular black tea boba.” I think when I was trying to explain to the owner why my drink was bad she was like taking it as some kind of personal insult or something like that, because at one point i was using other locations/cities where there's a lot more variations of boba places as an example of how a “normal boba drink” is universally defined as “base/boba/ice” and in a pretty condescending tone she started to repeat the things i was saying at her and sarcastically agreeing. Ma’am when i said “like in taiwan,” I am not trying to insult you or your business or compare you to whatever standard you think i was but at least acknowledge the culture that you run your business based on since it was literally invented there. You said, nicely “we’re open to criticism” and when i told you you reacted with rancor and defensive behavior. I wasn’t trying to tell you to change anything, i told you that the drinks tasted nice but that you should tell your customers that /your/ “regular” boba drinks are slushied since it does taste a lot different, thanks.

Great little place for a nutritious "pick me up." I go here when I need an energy boost in the afternoon and can't do caffeine. The Detox juice is awesome!

They have great food and drinks, all vegan!! The staff is always nice every time I go! Will keep coming back!

Absolutely ! This is hands down the best place , I drive an hour every week just to come get me juice or smoothie bowl I love u guys Keep up the great work !!!

Very good boba and the customer service when I went there was these two girls and they were very nice and very friendly and engaged in conversation not too much because they were working but they were very friendly

This is some of the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had and the plus side is it’s vegan! The staff was very nice can’t wait to go back and try more!

Awful service. they supposedly open at 10 and I been waiting for 30 minutes after they’re supposed to be open. Some girl comes in 15 minutes after 10 and goes into the store, I follow along but she has the door locked. Someone else came and she saw him waiting at the door, she then went to hide in the back of the store and turned off the lights.

Honestly one of most interesting places for all the drinks you could of. Great customer service! And home made dairy free ice cream. Great place.
