Java Juice Cafe

What a great place! The staff was so friendly and informative, the menu was extensive, and flavor is AMAZING! They are committed to quality vegan ingredients, which was expressed which made it all so yummy.
We had some vegan ice cream while here today, and will be back to try their savory crepe!

Went there tonight with a friend to get a soft serve ice cream. They had a Boysenberry flavor that peaked my interest, so we ordered that. That came out and after my friend and I taking one bite we both put down our spoons. We both tasted the exact same, rancid flavor that resembled a public bathroom. We went back in and wrote it off as something wrong with the individual flavor

We went back in for a replacement and the attendant was rude saying to “try the flavor first”. After kindly explaining that it had a flavor that resembled a restroom or unclean water, she still said “I can replace it but how about you try the flavor first this time”. I asked her to look/smell/taste the flavor for herself and that I don’t think it was okay to be serving. She did not even try to inspect it. She gave me a replacement which I appreciated. We got the Strawberry Kiwi flavor. After receiving the new flavor I taste tested, I went to try the actual ice cream and after a few bites, again, me and person I was with both put our spoons down. The fruit flavored icecream had a chocolate taste to it. Both of us tasted it.

We ended up throwing the replacement away and going home. It is clear they are not cleaning their soft serve machines, and anyone with a palette can taste things that should not be in a flavor present there. The staff member refused to inspect it and that scares me for future customers.

Absolutely amazing service! Staff are friendly and attentive. I’m not vegan, but it’s nice to know that all their ice cream, cookies, and brownies are! I have gone to this place 3 or 4 times and I always have felt welcomed. Awesome job and will be back soon.

The price, smoothies, quality and customer service here are phenomenal. Richelle explained in great detail what was included in the smoothies and what benefits they would have. She was extremely helpful with my special request of a smoothie that would give me lots of energy for my drive back down to Phoenix. I ended up getting the Lumberjack smoothie and she added a scoop of B Vitamins powder to make sure that I was alert during my safe drive back. Thank you, Richelle. I appreciate your high enthusiasm and great customer service; it is extremely rare.

Very good vegan food! The owners are anti mask, so take that as you will. However this is definitely one of my favorite places to go for a breakfast much healthier and tastier than my usual fare.

5 stars + for Mazzie (I may have misspelled her name) because this college student and manager of Java Juice Cafe was very impressive today. Every time we have visited the shop we're very happy with the results and any selection is absolutely delicious no matter what we order. We're very happy that the owners really care about their restaurant and employees and that they brought back frozen yogurt to the west side of Flagstaff with delicious food to order as well.
*** but the most important part of my visit was the great customer service and respect I received from Mazzie. They have a spotless kitchen and dining area. This is where you want to visit in Flagstaff for a healthy lunch or treat. 🇺🇸

We have been here several times since its opening. My daughter has a dairy allergy so it's nice that they have a lot of dairy free and vegan items to choose from. The soft serve changes flavors frequently and it's fun to try the new flavors. So far everything has been good.

I had a lumberjack smoothie and a passion fruit boba and they were SOOO yummy, I loved how they used fresh ingredients!! I sampled their vegan ice cream and it was out of this world! The flavor and texture was on the money, delicious! The owner and his employees were so nice and friendly! :) I will definitely be back and will tell my family and friends about Java Juice Cafe!

I have been regularly going to Java Juice for the last few months and they are amazing!! They’re vegan food options are so good I would highly recommend their drumsticks as well as their nacho cheese fries! They’re ice cream is also to die for:) their staff is so friendly and I highly recommend this place to everyone!
