This spot has been owed by several people with the same gimmick, but with prices that don't reflect the quality of the product and an un friendly staff that fully takes advantage of their children ('s 'right to work'), I'm sure this spot will soon be under new management, just like the shops before it.

Edit: I wonder how many people came here thinking it was the actual Java Juice. The name is using the success of others to try to make a buck

I love this place! However I was here on Monday, 8-24-20 at noon the experience was awful. My drink was made incorrectly because the young lady was flirting with a customer that did not have a mask on AND the young lady and man working were not wearing masks or gloves. Please ensure that employees are following city mandated Covid guidelines so that I can continue to support your business.

I come in about once a week and get the bubble tea drinks and I have not been upset with any flavor! Each one is wonderful and the best part is they are dairy free! The best place to get boba in Flagstaff for sure!

Impressive menu, lots of great options. Full vegan food menu as well as fresh pressed juices, teas, and smoothies. Everything is blended/juiced right in front of you. Delicious!

Drinks were overpriced, but tasted good. When I was ordering i got kinda nervous because there was literally so much to pick from (and also they were out of some stuff) and as I trying to pick the cashier was tapping his fingers, which was very rude.

The açaí bowl is amazing!! Love the vegan options especially the non dairy açaí! The owner is super helpful and nice. Check out this local place!

This was my first (and last) time visiting this shop. I was attracted by the sign that mentioned Boba Tea while walking between Sprouts and Bookmans. The allure of an ice cold Boba Tea on a warm summer day was enough for me to turn around and walk in. There were 2 workers behind the counter and no one in line, but the tables all had patrons enjoying the air conditioning. I stood at the counter, knowing exactly what I wanted (the same thing I order at EVERY boba place I go to: Thai Tea). I was told "we will be right with you" by both employees and then ended up waiting approx. 7 minutes before my order was taken. That was fine. I can understand being a bit busy with it being the week before NAU classes start, but with that being a known fact in Flagstaff and being so close to the Target hotspot for new college students, they could have staffed properly.

After they took my order, I sat down and waited another 20 minutes for my order to be completed. As I was waiting, another gentleman (who must frequent the location) was handed his drink. He asked the girl "how long did you say it was going to take this time?" And she jokingly responded "5 minutes, but I think it took a little longer..." HE THEN HELD UP HIS PHONE AND SHOWED HER IT HAD BEEN 13 MINUTES!! To which she responded "hey, at least it wasnt 30 minutes. See, we cut your wait time down by half. And I'll half it again the next time you're here!" This made it painfully obvious to me that this location is regularly short staffed.

Also, during that 20 minutes of twiddling my thumbs 2 people entered and went behind the counter to the back area out of view as if coming back from lunch or just staring thier shift because it was 3pm on the dot. I was really excited because I was thinking "finally some back up"... I was wrong. They never came back out of the back room. When I left at 315, they still hadn't reappeared to help with the backlog of orders. 🤷‍♀️

So 20 minutes after I placed my order and got my drink, the gentleman behind the counter comes to hand me my drink and says "here let me give you a straw. You get a free straw with every drink, we just give everything away for free here..." this comment I didnt quite understand because if they hadn't given me a "free" straw with my drink I probably would have demanded my money back right then.

I thanked him and stuck my straw in my drink and walked out, just finally happy to have my thai tea in my hand. The first sip told me that something was very wrong with this Thai Tea as it tasted more like buttered popcorn than thai tea. I couldn't even find an inkling of thai tea flavor. At this point I said f*** it and just kept walking. It wouldn't have been worth another 30 minutes of my time to have them make it correctly.

I have never given a poor rating to a business before, but there were far too many things about this experience that needed to be addressed. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the employees. They were quite friendly and really tried to make good of a poor situation. I feel that they wouldn't have been rushed and would have been able to serve more people their CORRECT orders had they had an extra hand behind the counter. Poor planning on the owners part has put extra stress on the employees which is then felt by the customers. Call to Action: Make sure to know the trends of the area you are serving (For example- week before NAU classes start = BUSY), and maybe lessen the items on the menu so there aren't as many options for the employees to have to learn and remember (will increase productivity and profits).

Great variety of vegan choices with food and drinks. The bobas are delicious and definitely recommend trying this place out if your in the area!

Not great. Ice cream kept too cold and hard. Staff disinterested.

Love the way I feel after drinking the Daily Detox juice. For smoothies they make their own almond milk- pretty cool!
