This has the nicest ambience. The staff is insanely friendly. The waffles are delicious and coffee good. I like some of the different combinations they have.

The coffee and waffles are gourmet, and not to be missed on a trip through Soldotna! The staff clearly take care and joy in crafting the perfect coffee. My partner got an espresso and I got a tan rosemary white mocha, both were perfect. We got two savory waffles, the fried chicken one had a mustard maple glaze and the Mac and cheese one had delicate panko, they were both something I can’t wait to have again! The train is a delightful with beautiful artwork and it was nice to have such attentive service. I wish I’d discovered this wonderful gem sooner!

Delicious breakfast in a creative atmosphere. It's unlike anything I've ever seen before. If you're not going for the outstanding menu of cleverly-crafted waffles, go to sit in the train car.

We love coming here for coffee dates. The boys always think eating on a train is the coolest thing ever! I love all of their milk substitutes and that they always have a gluten free waffle.

Not a waste of space. Best coffee in town. Hunny Bee lattes are exceptional. Iced or Hot. Do yourself a favour and stop by. You won't regret it.
Also while your at it, grab a waffle. Or two.
