Good waffles, good coffee, cool atmosphere. The coffee shop is a train so it’s a cool place to try at least once while in Soldotna! But, be sure to watch for all the extra hidden charges. Non-fat milk is 75 cents more and it’s 60 cents for syrup. Everything is extra. 😖

Cute location in a train car and tasty food but it's a bit pricey for what you get even in Alaska (essentially one belgian waffle split into 4 for $8-$10)

Amazing coffee and both waffle dishes we had were incredibly flavorful and perfect portion size.. Both of the Baristas were friendly and polite as well. Awesome place with very comfortable seats and beautiful restored train car to sit in.

The Lemon Drop waffle is heavenly. The curd was perfect in that it was just sour enough but not too much, the waffle itself had a nice, crisp crunch on the outside with a soft delicate inside.

I also ordered the Yukon Gold, which is a Latte with ginger and tumeric. It's a beautiful golden color and absolutely zero bitterness. There are some earthy tones in it and a hint of sweetness, but overall there is a smoothness and creaminess to this drink that I enjoy.

The atmosphere is amazing and just absolutely Cozy. There is a great gift shop next door with a connected hallway between the two and the bathrooms are amazing. The whole place is always clean each time I go in there.

Great service and great coffee place. Especially love the family restroom. My train crazy kiddo was in seventh heaven. Waffle were great. My littlest got car sick and the barista was great and gave her some steamed milk to make her feel better. Thanks for the great experience.

Uh-mazing place for creative coffee drinks served in a very unique environment by the friendliest staff! I was in Soldotna for a week and went there, seriously, every day. The Conductor’s Cap is my new favorite coffee!The Lattes are tasty and the smoothies perfectly prepared. GO!

Best waffles we have ever had. We also tried their lattès and were very happy we did. I tried their northern lights latte. It had the perfect amount of lavender in it, making for a peaceful morning drink.
The staff were also kind and seemed happy to be there. We highly recommend!
