This is my most favorite health food store ever. The fresh soups the awesome ladies make every day are just a pure blessing for European soupoholic lazy to cook. Also a bunch of heathy frozen foods or canned goods not to mention the wide selection of supplements and the best smelling candles I ever had the pleasure to buy. Must go for heathy shopping when in Seward. Oh and they have a free coffee reward program.

Quaint store with lots of healthy options. Also has a coffee shop with tons of unique options. Worth a look as there are so many cool items on the shelves in this store!

This store is a gem of a find in Seward. I’ve shopped here several times and really appreciate the selection. Don’t let the size deceive you, they offer a wide variety of products from supplements to prepared foods…with concern for quality and sourcing. They also have a coffee bar and a surprisingly large number of resource books and cookbooks for those interested in everything from sustainability to vegan desserts. Seward is much busier in the summer than winter, so verify business hours, but this is a great places for locals and tourists to spend some time. With the number of nightly rental locations in downtown Seward, it is only a short walk here to get the kitchen stocked up.

Really a blessing to have had access to this store while staying in Seward. We have gluten & dairy allergies in our household, so preparing lunches or breakfast is kind of tricky whilst on vacation. Having this store available made it so much easier! Friendly staff, wide selection of products.

What a little wonder this store is! I loved it, it was a gem. We ordered a delicious smoothie the other day while we were in Seward and Hope was so nice! She made great recommendations and was easy to talk to. They have a great selections of lots of things including books, gifts, food, health stuff, candles, crystals and smoothies. Definitely check it out when you visit beautiful Seward!

A freaking $16 smoothie, outrageous but also the best smoothie I've ever had, and after a hike, it hit the spot. Would buy again.

Fantastic place for health food and sustainable products! I stopped in here 4 times during my visit to Seward. I loved the chocolate covered peanut butter balls and the chia seed pudding! They have a great vegan selection, including some frozen meals for a quick meal on your hotel room!

I love this gem of a shop in downtown Seward. Plenty of healthy and yummy options, with a great vegan selection. I had my first and my best ever golden milk latte here, but also recommend everything on the menu.

Get a cup of coffee here! Hope makes a quality cup and I always end up leaving with a smile due to the friendly service and a healthy baked good, breakfast sandwich or fresh salad!
