New reservation only tasty brunch restaurant.
Living in AK I have longed for great farm to table ingredient restaurants and Palmer was a prime spot.
I discovered it after finding out that the owners closed up their tasty doughnut food truck to start this and was pleasantly surprised.

It seems like the menu will change but our salmon dish was quite tasty.

Some nice looking alcohol drinks but we did not partake.

This was a WOW experience. We ordered the egg Benedict, Blueberry pancakes, and biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot and made from scratch. It felt like a homemade meal at my mom's. It is a smaller place so making reservations is probably the best. The staff was wonderful and even threw in a baked good at the end! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a breakfast or brunch date!

So delicious! We had a focaccia starter, drinks, brunch dishes, cauliflower cream soup and salad of local greens. Just wonderful! A bit pricey, especially drinks and desserts. 3 of 6 items on entree menu contain pork. Hope that they bring more variety. Loved the soup and the Shot in the Dark drink!

Such a treat! Her food is fresh and as local as you can get up her in Alaska. The ambiance is stellar. The drinks are creative and so delicious. Highly recommend brunch and her specialty dinners!

I brought my Fiancé to Feather and Flour looking for a decent meal that's local, and I was very impressed by the quality of the food and the service I received, our drinks were very tasty and paired very well with the food we got. The FOOD, Oh my goodness was it delicious. I have never had a burger that absolutely covered my tastebuds with a savory well seasoned but not overwhelming strong flavor. Ill definitely be back!!

We visited during their soft opening. They are still training and working out the kinks. Great tasting and thoughtful food. Would love to have a soup spoon and more vegan options. The space and team members were awesome. I hope they do very very well!

Easy walk within downtown Palmer. Delicious BLT on amazing bread with side salad and baked oatmeal and coffee. Great atmosphere- really nice interior design- lots of natural light and view of Matanuska Peak. Fast and friendly service. Excited to return and support this new small business.

Knik Fog was a tasty warm beverage as I LOVE MINT. The coffee cake with the candied nuts was amazing! Breakfast Sammie was a delicious combination of egg, sausage and cheese on that Everything Brioche Bun, which was so soft and pillowy. Gingerbread French Toast was the PERFECT texture and sweetness, not too gingery.

This place is what Palmer is all about, with a very cozy, down-home atmosphere, superior locally-sourced food, and sincerely friendly and competent service. Yes, it is pricey. But every now and then, you deserve something special.

UPDATED REVIEW: I drug my spouse with me to experience this amazingness. This time he got the croque madam and was as floored as I was. Thick ham, housemade bread, perfectly cooked eggs. Just heaven.
I got the biscuits and gravy with egg and it was absolutely perfect. Fluffy but sturdy biscuits, wonderful gravy, and another perfect egg!
For drinks we got the London fog and knik fog and both were absolutely delicious! I can't wait to come back!!

We dove in too fast to take pictures, so I'll have to come back for those but wowww I just had the best brunch I've ever had in the valley. I had the croque madam and we shared the beet hummus.
