Stood at the counter waiting to order for 13 minutes. Four people standing around doing nothing, one gal helping a customer get ice cream (the only other customer requiring assistance). So I left, walked across the street to Sandwich Deck and got a very tasty lunch. Can’t offer a review on the food, only the lack of customer service. Sorry to say, cause the menu looked good.

Seems like a good little place for coffee and lunch if you work downtown.

I ordered breakfast with my girlfriend and coffee. She ordered a latte and I just regular drip coffee. Food was good and the fancy coffee, but they never got around to giving me my coffee after 30 minutes. During that time, there were a few moments when none of the two employees were even in the store. While one was out, the other would be chilling on the couch; I can understand the other review about standing around and not being served. Seems like a cafe that doesn't want to be a cafe.

The food was fantastic! I had the Denali burrito and it was huge. Staff was very friendly and everyone seemed happy to be there. We will definitely be returning.

Ordered the Denali Burrito, with beautiful melt cheese, perfectly cooked with reindeer sausage, salsa tastes unbelievable. *they have mild and hot. I prefer hot and its not really that hot for me. Yet, taste delicious* this taste barely same level as Mexico salsa...

Also had Blitzen Biscuit and Gravy, delicious!!! Well done!

If you love espresso, this is the place to go!! I am used to delicious PR or Cuban espresso and this place was the first one in Alaska that delivered. The service was INCREDIBLE, the barista was sweet and brought my husband and I our espressos to the couch we were sitting at.

Avacado melt was great, nice and fresh. Very friendly staff.

Delicious sandwiches and wonderful customer service! I added modifications to my sandwich and it came out wonderful. The turkey is so moist and the bacon is amazing 😍 definitely give it a try when you're craving a good lunch!

Ordered online for pick up. Took my credit card info online and charged it. Walk over there in the pouring rain to pick up my lunch and there is a sign on the door saying they are closed for remodel. Nobody answers the phone. There goes my 30 min lunch break, my money, and I have no lunch.
