Have not eaten here but have loved their BOBA teas for some time now. Friendly staff and service is great. Love that they have a tea stamp card which is a nice incentive to keep coming back. Cute spot to hang out and they have some nice gifts for the tea enthusiast

I came in today, and the customer service wasn’t really great. The lady didn’t greet me and didn’t really want to help me. She took 5 minutes being in the back knowing that I was in the front waiting. There was no one else in the store but me and two others who had already received their drinks.

The drinks were not clear either. The jasmine tea is listed under the boba section along with the other milk teas, but what I got was not a milk tea. It’s only a regular tea with boba.

I’m not satisfied with this visit and will not be returning.

Had tried to set up a lovely afternoon tea to have a girls day with family while I was in anchorage visiting. I had been messaging back and forth for 4 weeks, prior to arriving in anchorage to make sure they could have gluten free and vegetarian option for us. We had a date and time set. I get a message a few days prior to the date we set up saying they required a minimum of 2 people in order to do the gluten free and that would be $70.00. I had sent another message to confirm everything and didn't hear back, so 2 days before we were suppose to go for our tea I called them, I told the lady who answered the phone that I had been messaging with someone there about having a afternoon tea that Sat at 3pm and wanted to make sure everything was all set. She told me it was either her or the owner who was messaging with me. Then she goes on to say that they weren't doing English afternoon tea that weekend because it was Chinese New year. I was upset and asked why no one could say something savings that I had been chatting with them through Facebook messenger for a month about this date and afternoon tea. Her reply to me was " well if you had been chatting with us on Facebook then you should have seen that this weekend was Chinese New Year." So I told her forget it, cancel whatever you had us down for if you have us down at all. Never got a message back on messenger either. Really poor customer service. I would never recommend this place. I found some place else to have our girls day tea and it was lovely!

Such an adorable store! The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful in deciding what I should order. I definitely will be back to try their bubble waffles.

Always a relaxing and enjoyable time!! Thanking the staff for doing an amazing job, their recommendations are always spot on!!

Update: my go-to for milk tea! Fresh tea, option to pick different tea. Boba is good but can get hard. Expect boba after 1pm.

I'm a little torn about this place...

The tea is good!! Freshly seeped tea to make milk tea or London fog! That's a plus in my book! Will need to try it one more time to see if this becomes my Alaska gold standard for milk tea/tea lattes/boba (didn't try their boba the first time because, well they ran out...)

But their food menu... Went their twice and they seem to always run out of food/food choices... Maybe it's covid related to avoid waste? So to avoid disappointment, go early or just expect to go for drinks!

Second time I have come and spent more time waiting on service than enjoying tea. Today I could barely get get the utensils needed for a tea service. And their standard spill is that they are under staffed. Actively looking for an upscale tea room here in Anchorage.

Quiet. Reasonably priced. Good ambience. Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. For those experienced in Teas, there are many options. For those just getting into Teas, if you describe what you are looking for, they will help you find the Tea you are looking for.
