A nice place to have a cup of tea and just regain your calm for a while. There is an excellent selection of tea, the staff is friendly, and the environment calm. Worth a visit for sure!

"Reserved" Tea Service...I'm not clear as to what this means because our party wasnt greeted, seated, or served as you might expect with a reservation..no biscuits cookies or pastries to select from as described on the website..not a good experience to me..

Actively mixing it up to get a different appeal. Not only do they have great service, they now have boba, bubble waffle, curry, and soup!
And i thought they couldn't get any better!
Not to mention they have the great location next to wild scoops, LA Bodega, and cafe Amsterdam. Could have a whole event without having to change parking.

The boba tea is great! The barista was very sweet and accommodating for my high risk family, which was greatly appreciated by all of us. Sadly, I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful.

This place is awesome. There is a large variety of teas, tea accessories, and comfy seating. They have pretty tasty sandwiches for lunch and breakfast and baked goods all made in house. I've noticed that Mondays seem to be an off day over there,(out of stock for some items) but other than that its a great place to whined down.

Starting off by saying these things:
1. I don't drink coffee or tea, just hot chocolate.
2. This is NOT a sandwhich coffee shop. They have food but don't go here for the food.
With that said, here is my review.
They have a great atmosphere, they were wearing masks. The hot chocolate was good/normal. There are neat little nik naks to look at and purchase. They have art (for sale) on the walls. It's right next to Alaska Scoop (ice cream) and across from Great Harvest (cookies, bread, sandwiches).
The grilled cheese was ok, lacking in salt / flavor (possibly the type of cheese used). It came with chips.
The couch provides a nice cozy feeling (but could use some pillows, it leans way back).
Overall not a bad experience, expensive to eat at though.

These folks have a great space and the ambiance is perfect. People are reasonably friendly, but service is sort of lacking.
We sat at the counter and the girl kinda just threw the food menus in front of her and made me get up and go get them myself which was... weird. Then we order 2 sandwiches and it took about 25 minutes to get them, then when we finally did my partner's had the wrong stuff on it and no egg on a breakfast sandwich.
I work in food service and I know sometimes things happen, but we were the only people there the whole time, so I feel like this is probably pretty standard for them. I know now that they're notoriously slow to make drinks and stuff.
I'd go back for a coffee or tea if I have time to kill, but definitely not for food.

By far the best loose-leaf tea selection in Anchorage, plus super knowledgable staff who can recommend the right tea for your cravings (chocolate pu erh, hello!). The cafe treats are delicious and the lounge itself is cozy and cute.

This was the first time I've ever been to Indigo and it turned into my all time favorite coffee and tea place in all of Anchorage! By far! They have all kinds of loose leaf teas and organic foods to choose from and the prices are great too. Had the best chai tea there I've ever had and it was really nice and quiet in there compared to the crazy Starbucks scene. It's definitely a great place for students to go and study.

Perfect little tea shop with tea, coffee, bubble tea, and tons of honey and cute tea sets to choose from. I was the only customer in shop when I visited and I had the opportunity of getting to know the employee. She was so kind and informative on the types of tea, tea sets, and little tidbits bits of information pertaining to them.
She recommended I get the brown sugar bubble tea and boy oh boy was it good. Sweet, but not overly sweet. The boba pearls were also sweet and soft - I've been to a lot of tea shops that dont cook their boba long enough or the boba gets hard when it becomes cold, but Indigo Tea Lounges boba was perfect. I highly recommend stopping by if you're a tea or coffee lover. You wont be disappointed!
