The fact they have igloo bubbles to rest in means covid can't shut this place down. The igloos were warm. Very cool atmosphere and reindeer burg was bangin'. They're a bar available and pretty waitresses. All around good stuff dude

We had some fish tacos. I had the smoked salmon and co-worker had halibut. Both meats were bland and sauces for the chips lacked flavor. On the other hand my nephew had the salmon quesadilla and fries with steak and cheese and he loved it. Also, best part about the tacos was the toppings. Lots of flavors that made up for the lack of the meat. I will definitely go back for more.

Some of the best baristas I've had and the food is one of my fav to-go foods. The reindeer crunchwrap is incredible, burgers always excellent, and my fav place to get coffee now!

They usually are fast and friendly. I understand that they were training a new barista. She was nice and when i asked for a remake of my drink she did not hesitate to fix the drink. My son and I go there every Sunday.

This place makes me so mad. First of all, they changed their hours to the MOST inconvenient times. The only reason I have been trying to come here is because they absorbed Brown Bag. After three failed attempts to get food here (one time was even during their scheduled hours and no one was there), I FINALLY was able to order today. And I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. We waited for almost 15 minutes just to get our drinks and food. I asked for the spicy yeti sandwich, not grilled and a 12 oz mocha. Instead, I was given and charged for a 16 oz mocha and I got a grilled sandwich with just turkey, hot sauce and bacon. No havarti, no pepperjack, no other toppings. And we paid $30 for two sandwiches and two drinks!!! We will NOT come back here.

I ordered my burger medium rare yet it arrived dry and overcooked all the way through to the point of being burned, as if to spite my order of medium rare. Coupled with the fact that it was not served with mayonnaise resulted in a ridiculously dry and ridiculously overpriced burger that is easily bested by any fast food restaurant in town.

In fact, the very next day I went to the most rundown Burger King in the worst part of town just to compare their Whopper with cheese to AK Alchemist’s “burntger”™️ and sure enough that Whopper with cheese was magnitudes better than what AK Alchemist served. After eating my Whopper with cheese (never forget the cheese), I told the entire Burger King staff how their food was unbelievably better than the overpriced fancy restaurant I’d eaten at the previous day and I thanked them sincerely. (The responses I got were: “Thank you”, “I like that guy”, “I don’t know what to say” and a thumbs up with a downward nod.)

The next time you see the statue of Ronald McDonald on top of the kitchen of AK Alchemist, let it be a reminder that you’re better off going to any fast food restaurant in town rather than wasting your time and money on an AK Alchemist burntger™️. It’s almost as if that’s why ol’ Ronald McDonald is up there. And if you ignore that advice, he’ll be up there smiling down at you as if to say, “told ya.”

Dog and parrot friendly. They have awesome beers on tap and their food is bomb. Definitely have the crunch wrap there. It's amazing. Bar tenders are friendly and fun.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on our way out of Anchorage. Pretty good coffee and burritos for a drive through. I would definitely recommend a stop.

Fun little quirky place to have lunch or a drink. I had the reindeer quesadilla and enjoyed it. Salsa is just okay but there's a variety of hot sauce for those that like the spicy side of the street! Will have to try the fish and chips next time...
