Very nice store and location! The store was very big! Matter of fact it was the biggest Krispy Kreme I have ever seen and they also had it decorated really nice with the furniture and those Krispy Kreme hats 4 kids were all over so that was pretty cool! They don't know what's we're hot and fresh and of course delicious! The staff was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend anybody to give them a visit and enjoy it!

The last few times I have been here for a coffee in the mornings, I have a had a less than pleasant experience. Today topped it off though, I ordered a large Frozen Latte at the speaker. Get to the window and am asked 4 more times what my order was. Employee comes to the window with a medium, I ordered a large.....told her, she went back and got me a large. It was NOT a frozen latte, it was runny and the consistency of a melted milkshake

Hot now sign up but donuts was not hot. Ordered vanilla iced coffee looked like murky water and the sip I took taste like watered down five day old coofee. Paid $27 very unpleasant experience.

I came back to this review because 4 years ago I gave it five stars and raving reviews. Today I would give it zero stars if I could. The people that work here or at least several of them, and ONE lady in particular has got some major issues and I have to wonder if it is not a "certain" thing. She has been rude to my husband three times in a row. Today was the final day. I've now found the owner's name and number and I am getting in touch with him because they are hurting his business. My husband asked if they had any cake donuts which he asks every time he's there and they never seem to have any. However, after speaking to the rude lady that told him "no we don't have any," he noticed that they were taking cake donuts right off of the line right then and they were going on a tray so he asked the lady the lady I'm referring to who has been rude to him twice before, "well what about those cake donuts coming off the line right now, can I have those?" She said rudely "oh those aren't ready." And then my husband asked when will they be ready and could I wait or come back and get them...and that lady walked away and another lady walked up and also said well those aren't ready but then the person making them and putting them on the tray overheard this and said "they're ready right now you can have them now." So my husband asked for half a dozen of them and she rings them up separately and they came up to more than $15 and my husband says "a dozen donuts is a little over $12, why am I going to pay $15 for half?" And then the lady said "well I rung them up separately," and he said "no, this is half a dozen, ring them up as that." I don't know what's going on here but it's extremely strange and this is the third time in a row where he has dealt with one person in particular who just has a horrible attitude from beginning to end. Nobody makes you get up and go to work there every day. If you hate your job and waiting on people, maybe you shouldn't go to work but Mr. Smith needs to know that this is going on and I'm going to make sure he does.

Went past the Tuscaloosa store this afternoon and the sign was lit up. Came back by 20 minutes later and the sign was still on. Pulled in to order a dozen thru the drive thru and was told it would be 25 minutes before they were done. I told the lady that it was misleading to have the sign on but she merely repeated what she had said. Lying to your customers is a crummy way to run a business.

We were out searching for something sweet after eating supper and saw the Hot Donut sign on at Krispy Kreme. For some of us the glow of that light is a beacon that we cannot walk away from. we were not disappointed and I'd only with a Donuts hot and tasty but everyone there was in such a great mood. Thank you Krispy Kreme for making this experience such a wonderful one.
