Krispy Kreme

I love their donuts. Especially in the am for hot donuts. They don't get fresher than that!

We were originally going to eat breakfast elsewhere, but decided to go to Krispy Kreme due to long waits at other places. The doughnuts, themselves, were okay (although see the end for more information about that). But, I was highly disappointed from a customer service perspective. We discovered that other customers were getting free coffees, but my wife and I were charged for both of ours. Our receipt clearly showed a promotion for a free "any size coffee." But, we were charged for ours. When I asked why, after some hemming and hawing, the employee stated it was because it was for small coffees only at this franchise. But, their own receipt stated the promotion was for any size. (Only the iced coffees we're limited to small.") And, as I thought about it, they could have mentioned that small coffees were free. There had been someone I thought was a manager around earlier. But, that person disappeared when I started asking about this. The doughnuts, themselves: They were okay. The glazed were coming off the conveyor belt, so I thought they would taste fresh. But, they were more like buying them prepackaged at a grocery store.

Just got doughnuts disappointed they were not warm or hot I thought there were supposed to be unhappy

Stopped in after lunch. They had no milk and they don't sell tea. How can you not have milk?! Wasn't the best experience!!

It's Krispy Kreme , what more can you say. Can't think another one that is better.

Always want Krispy Kreme now the chocolate filling back into the donut like a used to real good

I got donuts on my way to work close to closing time and they were fresh...

Drive thru is quick and donuts r always warm and fresh.

Customer service was horrible. When my husband got to the window the lady asked him what we had she cut him off as he was explaining what we ordered. By the time we got them and checked to see what seen she didn’t give all of our donuts. Because she cut him off then we asked if we could order the donuts and she said no when we already waited 15to 25 min in the drive thur

Went there one morning to get donuts for my coworkers and the customer service was excellent the young lady helped me cuz it was my first time there the donuts was fresh and warm I will be going back way to go Krispy Kreme good job thumbs up!!!!
