Passed by one morning after a night shift. I usually support local doughnut shops, but I figured I would give Krispy Kreme a try. I promised my 4 year old sprinkled doughnuts. One of the options was a strawberry glaze with sprinkles. I ordered these but did not get any sprinkles. I should have checked before driving off but didn't. I usually wouldn't post this but the disappointment in product combined with terrible attitude of staff that morning just makes me not want to come back at all. For a first time customer, had a terrible experience. I am just thankful for having an outstanding kid, whom was thankful regardless. She placed her own sprinkles from our pantry. Support your local doughnut shop and not this place.

When that hot light comes on, people come running to the #1 late night snack place of Tuscaloosa - the Krispy Kreme on McFarland Blvd. The drive-thru may be packed but the employees know how to keep the line moving. Nothing beats a warm Krispy Kreme donut although they have a great selection of other flavors to try. Their apple fritter is amazing, also. Pick a dozen of your favorites and bring that green box full of “happy” home with you. For leftovers, heat it in the microwave for 8-10 seconds and it has that great “just cooked” flavor again.

When we come from Texas to visit family in Northport, we all make sure to visit this Krispy Kreme in Tuscaloosa at least once. The donuts’ quality and freshness can’t be beaten. The only downside is the rudeness of the staff. Whether we are there during peak hours or the late-afternoon slump, our very presence as customers trying to buy something elicits attitudes and responses from some employees that conveys we are a burden, since they have better things to do. It almost makes the food not worth it. 0-star service, 5-star food, 3-star result.

We like coming here for the occasional special treat. My wife and I enjoy the filled doughnuts, lemon for her, blueberry for me. And the Kreme filled for both. But nothing beats warm glazed right off the line.

Who does not love Krispy Kreme donuts? I have been coming to this location since they reopened after the hurricane here a few years ago. Always delicious, always fresh and always nice people.

Love this place. Always friendly workers. They are encouraging to the kids. They let them bring in their report cards and receive a free Donut for every a on the report card.
Thanks for a great experience EVERY TIME!

Awesome experience. Everyone was helpful. The cashier helped me out with choosing different varieties for the amount of boxes I was getting. 5 star service with 5 star taste to match.

So delicious. Purchase only the amount of calories you plan to eat that day. Forget saving anything for later. Heck, forget sharing. Super stars are- Cinnamon Twist, Crueller, Blueberry Cake, Glazed hot now!!!

Went to this location, because they had these cute donuts. We walked in and waited in line deciding what we wanted. After the lady in front of us paid and left. We ordered ours. Everything was fine up until this point. Then the lady behind the counter started acting really rude. Then we got to the counter to pay and I go to scan my reward code and she's like oh no dont do that. I was like ok. Even though there's a sign that literally says scan code. After ringing up 2 boxes of assorted donuts she reaches for my phone and typed in my rewards code. Then huffingly told us the total. I wasnt too happy about this trip, because we did drive an hour and a half to come get these. Never again!

I just went by the Tuscaloosa location and they let me know that they didn't cook original glazed doughnuts for 13.99. They only cooked the valentine's heart shaped ones for 17.99. Thats not fair to the consumer, it's price gauging. You should be able to buy the cheaper original if you want, not be forced to pay a higher price, just bc, they chose not to cook the original.
