Stopped there for lunch yesterday after reading and hearing such good reviews. My husband and I arrived and had to wait several minutes while the waitress located and cleaned a table although there we plenty of clean empty tables. There were only two meal choices and the food was ok at best. This was our first time dinning there and probably our last. Very disappointing!

A couple more "breakfast" items on the brunch menu and I could go 5* across the board.

The food was good. No more Sunday buffet and a select menu but, I think that's cool makes your choices easy! Food came in perfect portion sizes for me! It was an all over a great experience for me and my fam!
Thanx Charlotte😁💯!

The food was not worth the wait or price. Chicken picatta had so much lemon juice in it that it was not edible. Our kind waitress offered to get me something else, but after waiting almost an hour for our meals, there was no way I was waiting any longer. The resolution was a mere 10% off the entree.

First time there, pleasantly surprised, wonderful atmosphere, wonderful service, and the food was absolutely delicious. I will be going back.

They’re effectively your one & only local option on sundays…

Tonight my BNI Chapter got the pleasure of dining at Hubbard's Out Back and it was fantastic. Of course the food was amazing as always, but the new dining out back is so gorgeous! I cannot wait til spring time so we can listen to live music and enjoy the weather. I love what she has done with the area and feel like this will be a go to place in the warm months for sure!! She does have heaters out there if its too cold, but everything was perfect tonight. Looks great!

After 45 minutes, I found a server and asked for water and drinks.
They brought water after ten minutes, and we were promised bread.
Our drinks came little later, and we ordered. They did not have (out at 7pm on Friday) my first choice, so ordered a ribeye. My gf ordered a filet.Another ten minutes goes by, and they tell us they have no filet. Then the bread came.
It was really good. I asked for another drink, and they are out of the stuff they need to make it. Terrible terrible service. Pretty good food.
Food was good.

Seems low I know, I was surprised too. I gave 1 Star for ambience and overall feel of the restaurant and 1 Star for excellent staff. They missed the mark from two stars from food: taste, quality and enjoyment. And 1 star from menu selection, value and pricing. We received little corn muffins on our table, I'm not a fan of cornbread, one each. On previous post I seen ppl receive a thick sliced bread, looks like a french loaf, I would have preferred that option. Side salad: Greens were wilted to the freezing bowl. Seems the salad was premade and in that bowl awhile. I had to pick out the soft croutons and the brown bits of greens. Ranch dressing was tasty. Entrees: Bland Bland Bland. Low country chicken, small flavorless chicken breast topped with a flavorful cream sauce with the star ingredient sweet corn, tomatoes and flabby bits of bacon. Flavorless mashed potatoes, and I love mashed potatoes, one came with brown gravy on the side and one came with the brown gravy on top of the mashed potatoes not sure why that was. I'm usually not a fan of brown gravy but it was seasoned nicely. Fried okra that was not seasoned at all not even salt. Mac and cheese I did like the pasta choice of the spirals and the cheese sauce had potential but I definitely did have to add salt and pepper to doctor it up. Meatloaf our biggest disappointment somehow the meat was very mushy with an intolerable and unrecognizable flavor and the vegetables in it were hard, possibly celery and carrots. There was not anyway to doctor that dish to make it edible.

Food was very good. Atmosphere was perfect. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Not much more you could ask for.
We came in right before 9 when they stop serving dinner. We checked with our waiter to make sure they would still serve us, which they did. There was live music playing which leant to a pleasant atmosphere.
The building and decor is gorgeous. I'm very happy that we stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant while we were in town. If I'm ever back in the Anniston area, I would definitely love to visit again.
