Delicious doesn’t seem like enough…had the short ribs… good lord Jesus, they were fantastic! After that biblical experience I HAD to try the sweet potato cheesecake. I know…. “Sweet potato cheesecake with Oreo crust….?! How could that be ANY good”…You ask? Frankly, I have no idea, but it was. While this meal was pricey, it was worth every penny. The portions were large and the meal was top notch!

This was a fantastic experience. All our food was excellent and our server, Finley, helped us make some good selections. We had appetizers, entrees, and desserts that were all 10/10! What an exciting menu for Montgomery! The wine list was also perfect! Beautiful place with good ambiance.

We had a wonderful time at Central. Our server Haley was EXCELLENT and VERY knowledgeable of the menu and its new changes. I will MOST DEFINITELY go again.

5 stars isn’t enough! We didn’t get pictures because nothing lasted long enough. I went there with my parents, we are visiting to go to The Legacy Museum. We had phenomenal cocktails made by Tatum, a very attentive bartender. We ordered the fried Brussels sprouts and fries as an app and honestly could have had 3 more of those and been happy! Our waiter Howard was kind and helpful! My dad and I had short ribs, my mom has the scallops and finished it off with beignets. Everything was perfect! The portions, the flavors, the hospitality! I can’t recommend this place enough! Ask for Howard’s section!

Central Restaurant is a MUST when I’m in the Montgomery area. They have a seasonal menu so I’m always looking forward to what’s new. (Sometimes, it’s disappointing when an item you love isn’t on the menu anymore, but they usually have a yummy replacement 🙂)The food is always fresh, the servers are attentive, but not overboard, and the atmosphere is great. My favorite is the Beef Short Rib. SO good! I’ve had this dish at least 6 times and it’s always delicious. They also have unique drinks and delicious desserts. Perfect place for a special occasion or even for a date night.

A hidden gem located in the heart of the entertainment district. The restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our meals were prepared perfectly and seasoned to perfection.

Our experience was amazing! Brandy, our waitress, was incredible. She knew the menu so well and was able to alternate it as needed to meet our dietary restrictions. The food was incredible and was the best we have had in Alabama. I would definitely recommend and be back for another taste of this most excellent food.

The atmosphere is fantastic and fun. It was a great to find here while in Montgomery on business. I ordered the lamb short ribs for an appetizer and the salmon for my main. The salmon wasn't my favorite due to the temperature it is served, but they had no issues swapping it out for a delicious steak. I also had the creme brulee for dessert and it did not disappoint. If you're in the area don't miss this treat.

The food and drinks were outstanding! I can highly recommend The Thai Style Grouper Collar, Beef Short Rib, Olive Oil Poached Chilean Salmon, Diver Scallops, and the Filet which was cooked to perfection! The service was friendly, timely, and professional. And our waitress Rosie made everything even better!
