Wildflower Cafe

Great place to come eat. Drove all the way from Birmingham just to grab a Sunday lunch. Free spirited atmosphere and amazing food. Love entertainment to pass the time waiting for food. Can’t wait until the next time we can make a trip there.

We travel from the Atlanta area just for the Wildflower experience. The food is unique and wonderful, and the atmosphere is eclectic and musical. A must try!

Located in a tucked away location in northeast Alabama, this place is special. The sign reads “The Best Cafe In Alabama” upon pulling into the parking lot. I believe this place is well deserving of that title. Incredible tomato basil bisque and grilled chicken salad. Waitress was unbelievably nice and efficient. Carrot cake was scrumptious. Would love to try the hummingbird cake. Will definitely make the trek down from Pennsylvania again just to indulge here. The town of Mentone is lucky to have such a place. Glad we stopped in.

Very pricey. Food was good but not outstanding, ordered aide salad which never came, could not get servers attention to ask for salad. However it was added to ticket. Removed at my request. There was a20% gratuity added despite poor service. 2 hamburgers with potato chips and 2 drinks. Bill was 48$ + . Will not return.

Everything tasted good, but it was a little too eclectic for our tastes. Service is good. Strawberry lemonade was great. Loaded Shrimp and grits was good but a little too rich.

Cute cafe with nice porch with rocky chairs. On the Sunday we went there was some live guitar. Good service and decent food, we had the shrimp grits and tomato pie. Was a bit disappointed that food came on a paper plate for such a quaint cafe. Reservation for dinner is recommended.

Absolutely, my favorite place! Food is so delicious and the atmosphere is uplifting!!Try that tomato pie.....

Friendly eclectic cafe with most excellent food.... If in Mentioned you have to stop eat there.... Enjoyed the outdoor terrace too, also live music...

Such good food and sweet employees! Our server was Callie and she was excellent! Very cute atmosphere.
