I love this place! Everything tastes amazing. The shrimp and grit are awesome, get them fully loaded. I got the Famous Tomato Pie. It was delightful. If it's winter definitely go for the hot chocolate. The gift shop is super cute. Staff is very welcoming. Can't wait to come back!

We had lunch on a Sunday and it was great. Sandra had shrimp and grits and a side salad which was good and I had the Mediterranean pasta with a 4 Oz grilled chicken breast so good. Had a little heat to it. We went back the next Sunday and I had the canyon burger and Sandra had the brunch sampler. All great. Expect a wait but is worth it.

I really enjoyed this neat place. The service was amazing and food was top tier as well. Next time we're in the area we will definitely stop by to try something new. I had the prime rib and my wife had the Tomato pie, both were really really good. Oh did I mention the desert? I had the carrot cake and the wife had the buttermilk pie. I advise you to call ahead and make a reservation. Thank you guys again for a wonderful experience, we'll be back!!!

Eclectic, Southern, Charming, & Delicious! You will feel like your hippie god mother created the whole experience just for you!

Wonderful. Best waitress (Moon I think) that I have had in a long while. The nachos were unreal and she even picked the blueberries for the pie!

The in house live music was great without being too loud.

Do yourself a favor and eat here, relax here, and come back here.

Went on a hike to DeSoto State Park, AL. Starved and craved some good food after the hike. That's when we found this beautiful restaurant on the highway.
Tried their Provolone Mushroom burger and the carrot cake. Both taste good and tasty.

One thing I would suggest to them is to include french fries with burgers instead of potato chips.

Really enjoyed our experience. Had the spinach Quiche on spinach salad. It was fantastic and there was so much... Plus a side of the mushroom wild rice 😊 My husband got a shrimp and grits with sausage if you enjoyed this as well.

This little place was the cutest. The food was delicious and the strewberry lemonade was the best I have ever had. We had to get the dessert to go because we were so full. We also had fun looking at all the local art they have on display too.

Tucked back behind the trees sits a beautiful Wildflower in full bloom. It patiently waits for the canopy above to open so that you can see it in its full splendor.
We made a quick anniversary trip and this was the main place we wanted to visit in this area because of the reviews we have read.
The reviews do not do it justice!
The eclectic atmosphere that you find yourself enveloped in while being greeted by some of the friendliest staff you will find in Mentone helps to set the expectations high of the amazing place. Their is beauty everywhere your eyes look in its very own unique way and we haven’t even started on the food.
We decided for the Filet Mignon which was absolute perfection (kudos to the Chef).
As busy as they were the waitress was always right on time to meet any needs. Between the attention to detail with the staff and the flavors exploding from the food we couldn’t just leave without visiting one more time for Brunch!
It didn’t disappoint! The Brunch sampler with the Tomato pie and Quiche is a must!!

We will definitely be back and I understand why the Wildflower Cafe is on a must do list. If it’s not on yours…It needs to be.

Can’t wait to visit again!
Great Job!!

I had the brunch sampler with the chicken salad option and my husband had the shrimp and grits with a burger. Both of our meals where delicious. We even spoke with the owner, Moon. She was very nice. Highly recommend eating here. Btw, we were told that if you want to eat there in the evening, recommend calling in to make a reservation.

We went yesterday for a birthday brunch for my daughters 18th birthday with my husband and two girls and it was perfect! Service was phenomenal, and the food was outstanding! My husband had the tomato pie with grilled chicken on the side and we all had burgers (one vegan burger) and they were all perfect! (My husband has now asked me to find and cook that tomato pie for him! He said it was delicious!!) Will DEFINITELY be going back again!!! The whole place was super neat!!! Loved the fresh flowers on our table too! Thanks Wildflower Cafe for a lovely day!!
